Mafalda ha tenido una carrera muy rica y diversa. Despu\u00e9s de su primer grado, se dedic\u00f3 a coordinar proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, pero pronto decidi\u00f3 adoptar nuevas \u00e1reas de trabajo. Se dedic\u00f3 a iniciar su propia empresa, habiendo ampliado a\u00fan m\u00e1s su experiencia en gesti\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de proyectos. Tambi\u00e9n ha colaborado con una ONG internacional, implementando nuevas metodolog\u00edas de trabajo y ha participado en la organizaci\u00f3n de grandes eventos nacionales e internacionales, como coordinadora de equipo.
