Aleksandra, originaria de Serbia, tiene experiencia en activismo estudiantil escolar. Fue miembro de la Junta de OBESSU (Oficina Organizadora de Sindicatos de Estudiantes Escolares), as\u00ed como miembro del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Participaci\u00f3n e Integraci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Juventud y del Grupo de Expertos sobre los Derechos de la Juventud del Foro Europeo de la Juventud.\u00a0 Fue formadora en el proyecto de UNICEF para la creaci\u00f3n de planes de acci\u00f3n locales para la juventud en Serbia. Aleksandra trabaj\u00f3 como gerente de proyectos para varias organizaciones en Serbia y Portugal antes de unirse a DYPALL Network.
