La UCILeR entiende que el Derecho puede aportar una contribuci\u00f3n transversal, siendo esencial para la cohesi\u00f3n social y la convivencia entre las personas, as\u00ed como para la construcci\u00f3n de marcos normativos que persigan de manera justa el desarrollo sostenible. La propuesta de investigaci\u00f3n de la UCILeR se basa en la reflexi\u00f3n sobre los problemas contempor\u00e1neos y las formas en que pueden resolverse legalmente, ya sea a la luz de la legislaci\u00f3n vigente o a trav\u00e9s de los cambios necesarios en su marco actual.
