La Academia para la Democracia de Invierno (WDA) 2024 fue un espacio para el di\u00e1logo, el desarrollo de capacidades y el fortalecimiento de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos democr\u00e1ticos. La segunda edici\u00f3n de la ADM, celebrada del 8 al 14 de diciembre en el Centro de la Juventud de Lisboa (Portugal), ten\u00eda por objeto colmar las lagunas existentes, fomentar la comprensi\u00f3n y reforzar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e1logo y la cooperaci\u00f3n. Reuni\u00f3 a responsables de la toma de decisiones, trabajadores juveniles, expertos y j\u00f3venes para participar en debates y diversas actividades centradas en la creaci\u00f3n de una participaci\u00f3n significativa de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos democr\u00e1ticos.
