La sesi\u00f3n de estudio \u00abYouth Democracy Academy for young policy-makers\u00bb, organizada por la Red DYPALL en cooperaci\u00f3n con el Departamento de Juventud del Consejo de Europa, tuvo lugar del 27 de octubre al 1 de noviembre en el Centro Europeo de la Juventud de Estrasburgo (EYCS), Francia. Reuni\u00f3 a 20 j\u00f3venes de 16 Estados miembros del Consejo de Europa, incluidos miembros de consejos juveniles y partidos pol\u00edticos locales, l\u00edderes juveniles, trabajadores municipales y representantes electos.
