Die Aktivit\u00e4t des DYPALL-Netzwerks zum Aufbau von Partnerschaften (\u201eBuilding synergies for sustainable local democracies\u201c) auf der Winter Democracy Academy fand vom 11. bis 16. Dezember im Jugendzentrum von Lissabon (Portugal) statt. Der PBA dient als Plattform zur Vernetzung und zum Kennenlernen europ\u00e4ischer Organisationen, die im Bereich der Jugendbeteiligung an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene t\u00e4tig sind.
