Lokale Jugendr\u00e4te sind wichtige R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr den Dialog und die Vertretung auf kommunaler Ebene, stehen aber vor neuen Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit der Digitalisierung, Online-Risiken und der sich ver\u00e4ndernden Art und Weise, wie sich junge Menschen ausdr\u00fccken und mit Governance interagieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vom 14. bis 21. September 2025 organisierte das DYPALL-Netzwerk im Rahmen der 24. Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Jugend und Entwicklung (UYD) in Mollina (Spanien) den Schulungskurs \u201eLocal Youth Councils for Quality Participation in the Digital Sphere\u201c.<\/strong> Diese Initiative brachte 20 aktive Mitglieder lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te und \u00e4hnlicher partizipativer Strukturen aus 14 L\u00e4ndern in Europa und dar\u00fcber hinaus zusammen, die sich f\u00fcr die Verbesserung der Qualit\u00e4t der Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen einsetzen, insbesondere in der sich rasch entwickelnden digitalen Sph\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend des gesamten Programms erkundeten die Teilnehmer die \u201eQualit\u00e4tscharta f\u00fcr partizipative und inklusive lokale Jugendr\u00e4te\u201c<\/em><\/strong> und seine begleitenden Toolkit<\/strong>, Erlangung praktischer Strategien zur Bewertung, Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung der Wirksamkeit ihrer R\u00e4te. Sie vertieften auch ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis von demokratischem Engagement, Interessenvertretung und digitaler Kompetenz, w\u00e4hrend sie dar\u00fcber nachdachten, wie diese Elemente in ihren eigenen Gemeinschaften angepasst und angewendet werden k\u00f6nnen. Schlie\u00dflich betonte der Kurs nicht nur die Herausforderungen, sondern auch die Chancen, die die digitale Sph\u00e4re f\u00fcr lokale Jugendr\u00e4te bietet. Die Ma\u00dfnahme trug zur St\u00e4rkung eines europ\u00e4ischen Netzes von Peer-Peer-P\u00e4dagogen und Multiplikatoren f\u00fcr eine hochwertige Beteiligung junger Menschen bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Programm wurde durch den breiteren Rahmen des UYD, der sich in diesem Jahr auf das Thema konzentrierte, weiter bereichert. \u201eSt\u00e4rkung der Jugend f\u00fcr digitale Sicherheit\u201c<\/strong><\/em>. Dies bot den Teilnehmern die M\u00f6glichkeit, mit anderen Jugendleitern, Experten und institutionellen Vertretern in Kontakt zu treten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Schulung wurde vom Erasmus+-Programm der Europ\u00e4ischen Union \u00fcber die Portugiesische Nationale Agentur kofinanziert und koordiniert von DYPALL Netzwerk<\/strong>. Die Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Jugend und Entwicklung ist Teil des gemeinsamen Programms iLEGEND III, das von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union und dem Europarat kofinanziert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
