Innerhalb der \u201eClimbing the Ladder \u2013 Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement (CL-YE)\u201c (Die Leiter erklimmen \u2013 eine Kultur des Engagements junger Menschen f\u00f6rdern)<\/em><\/strong> Im Rahmen des Projekts veranstaltete das DYPALL-Netzwerk den ersten Schulungskurs f\u00fcr den Pool von Jugendvermittlern f\u00fcr Demokratie. Die Schulung fand vom 7. bis 12. April in Portim\u00e3o, Portugal, statt und brachte 16 junge F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus 11 verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern zusammen, die alle aktiv im Jugendsektor in ihren lokalen Gemeinschaften t\u00e4tig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Hauptziel dieser Ausbildung bestand darin, junge Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 25 Jahren mit den erforderlichen Instrumenten, Kenntnissen und F\u00e4higkeiten auszustatten, um Organisationen bei der Umsetzung oder Verbesserung von Mechanismen f\u00fcr das Engagement junger Menschen zu unterst\u00fctzen. Unter Verwendung nichtformaler Bildungsmethoden und unter Anleitung erfahrener Trainer wurden die Teilnehmer in eine dynamische Lernumgebung eingetaucht, in der sie Erfahrungen austauschen, Kompetenzen entwickeln und Netzwerke mit Gleichaltrigen aus ganz Europa aufbauen konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Erkundung der F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen eines Jugendvermittlers
\u25aa Parallele Workshops zu EU-F\u00f6rderung und Forschung im Jugendbereich
\u25aa Einf\u00fchrung in die CL-YE-Publikation \u201eGuidelines on Models and Mechanisms of Youth Engagement\u201c (Leitlinien f\u00fcr Modelle und Mechanismen des Engagements junger Menschen)<\/em><\/strong>
\u25aa Entwicklung der \u201eToolbox f\u00fcr Jugendf\u00f6rderer\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diese Erstausbildung ist ein wichtiger Schritt in der CL-YE-Initiative. Der Pool der Moderatoren wird sich erneut zu einem strategischen Treffen in Italien treffen, das in Zusammenarbeit mit Europiamo-EHS<\/strong>, den Kapazit\u00e4tsaufbau fortzusetzen und die Projektergebnisse weiterzuentwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das CL-YE-Projekt wird vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Partnerschaft mit Europiamo ETS (Italien), YEPP EUROPE (Deutschland), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norwegen), EDYN (Slowakei), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (Frankreich) und SQLearn (Griechenland) koordiniert und durch das Programm Erasmus+ kofinanziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
