Die erste pers\u00f6nliche Sitzung der Beratungsgruppe des CL-YE-Projekts fand vom 3. bis 6. Dezember 2024 in Br\u00fcssel (Belgien) statt. Die Beratergruppe f\u00fcr Jugendengagement ist eine Gruppe von 12 Experten aus verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern Europas mit konkreter Erfahrung in Mechanismen, Strukturen und Modellen der Jugendengagement mit einer Mission, das Konsortium des CL-YE-Projekts bei der Planung, Erforschung und Bereitstellung der wichtigsten Projektergebnisse zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Sitzung der Beratergruppe, die vom DYPALL-Netzwerk geleitet und von der AER ausgerichtet wurde, war ein Raum f\u00fcr die Experten, um gemeinsame Grundlagen und Erfahrungen zu diskutieren und auszutauschen, w\u00e4hrend sie in verschiedene Mechanismen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen in ganz Europa eintauchten. Sie verbrachten viel Zeit damit, die St\u00e4rken und \u201eWatch-outs\u201c, die wichtigsten Erfolgsindikatoren und Qualit\u00e4tsmarker verschiedener Mechanismen \u2013 unter anderem Jugendr\u00e4te, Jugendbotschafter, Jugendberatungsgruppen, Jugendlenkungsgruppen und jugendgef\u00fchrte Forschung \u2013 zu er\u00f6rtern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Schwerpunkt dieses Treffens lag auf der Sammlung von Beitr\u00e4gen der Experten zu den qualitativen Leitlinien, der im Rahmen des Projekts zu entwickelnden Publikation, die mindestens 8 verschiedene Leitlinien (Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Pl\u00e4ne) f\u00fcr verschiedene Mechanismen des Engagements junger Menschen enthalten soll, die Praktiker, politische Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und andere Interessentr\u00e4ger bei der Ausarbeitung und Etablierung solcher Modelle des Engagements junger Menschen durch einen transparenten, inklusiven und partizipativen Prozess im Einklang mit bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren und Empfehlungen im Jugendbereich unterst\u00fctzen sollen. Die Mitglieder der Beratungsgruppe wurden auch zu der Plattform konsultiert, die 2025 entwickelt wird, um Praktiker und politische Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger bei der Einrichtung von Mechanismen f\u00fcr das Engagement junger Menschen zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Beratergruppe schloss sich auch einem Teil des Programms des CL-YE an, das parallel dazu stattfand, um europ\u00e4ische Entscheidungsgremien und -institutionen zu besuchen und mehr \u00fcber sie zu erfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Projekt wird von DYPALL Network in Partnerschaft mit Europiamo-EHS<\/a> (Italien), YEPP EUROPE<\/a> (Deutschland), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Norwegen), EDYN<\/a> (Slowakei), @Versammlung der Regionen Europas \u2013 AER<\/a> (Frankreich), SQLearn<\/a> (Griechenland) gef\u00f6rdert durch Erasmus+ European Youth Together Programm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
