Dritter und letzter Studienbesuch im Rahmen des Projekts \u201eClimbing the Ladder: F\u00f6rderung einer Kultur des Jugendengagements CL-YE\u201c vom 2. bis 6. Dezember 2024 in Br\u00fcssel (Belgien), Gastgeber der Versammlung der Europ\u00e4ischen Regionen (AER). Dieses Projekt brachte Vertreter des Projektkonsortiums zusammen, um mit den wichtigsten Institutionen Europas in Kontakt zu treten und zu untersuchen, wie Jugendperspektiven in Entscheidungsprozesse auf regionaler und europ\u00e4ischer Ebene integriert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Teilnehmer nahmen am Herbstpr\u00e4sidium der EAR im Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament teil und beobachteten die Entscheidungsprozesse, die die europ\u00e4ischen Regionen pr\u00e4gen. Im Verbindungsb\u00fcro des Europarats tauschte die Politikberaterin Aleksandra Celar Informationen \u00fcber die Bem\u00fchungen zur F\u00f6rderung der Beteiligung junger Menschen an demokratischen Prozessen aus. Die Teilnehmer untersuchten Erasmus+-Finanzierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten mit der Europ\u00e4ischen Exekutivagentur f\u00fcr Bildung und Kultur und erfuhren mehr \u00fcber die Unterst\u00fctzung von Initiativen zur Einbeziehung junger Menschen in ganz Europa. Bei dem Treffen mit Susannah Hallgren von der Ad-hoc-Gruppe \u201eJugend\u201c des EWSA wurden die Erfolge und Herausforderungen bei der Einbeziehung der Jugendperspektiven in die Konsultationsprozesse der EU hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie hatten auch die Gelegenheit, Vertreter des Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendforums und des Conseil de la Jeunesse Belgique (belgischer Jugendrat der franz\u00f6sischsprachigen Gemeinschaft) zu treffen, um zu untersuchen, wie Jugendstimmen Governance und Interessenvertretung pr\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Besuch in Br\u00fcssel war nach fr\u00fcheren Besuchen in Bratislava und Wien ein wichtiger Schritt des CL-YE-Projekts. Die Teilnehmer reflektierten die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse und betonten die Bedeutung der grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit, um die Stimme junger Menschen in der Governance zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klettern auf der Leiter: Die F\u00f6rderung einer Kultur des Jugendengagements (CL-YE) wird vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Partnerschaft mit Europiamo (Italien), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norwegen), EDYN (Slowakei), YEPP Europe (Deutschland), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER (Frankreich) und SQ Learn (Griechenland) im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ geleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
