Vom 12. bis 18. August, dem ersten Fachexkursion<\/strong> des Klettern auf der Leiter: F\u00f6rderung einer Kultur des Jugendengagements (CL-YE)<\/em><\/strong> Das Projekt fand in Bod\u00f8, Norwegen, statt, der ersten europ\u00e4ischen Kulturhauptstadt n\u00f6rdlich des Polarkreises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teilnehmer aus Partnerorganisationen nahmen an der AER Sommerakademie<\/strong>, eine alle zwei Jahre stattfindende Veranstaltung, die in diesem Jahr gemeinsam mit Nordland County organisiert wurde. Die Sommerakademie brachte europ\u00e4ische Regionen zusammen, um bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren f\u00fcr Jugendbeteiligung und Inklusion durch Kultur auszutauschen. Die Veranstaltung umfasste Podiumsdiskussionen, interaktive Workshops und einen Besuch der Kjerring\u00f8y<\/strong>, eine historische St\u00e4tte, die einen Einblick in das norwegische Kulturerbe bietet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die letzten Tage des Studienbesuchs konzentrierten sich auf das Verst\u00e4ndnis der Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Jugendbeteiligung in Nordland. Teilnehmer aus Partnerorganisationen sammelten bei einem Besuch Erfahrungen aus erster Hand Nordland County<\/strong> und die Zusammenarbeit mit Vertretern der Jugendrat Nordland<\/strong>, die Jugendprogramm Unge Stormen<\/strong>, und Das erste Skandinavien<\/strong>, eine Organisation, die innovative Bildungsmethoden vorantreibt. Diese Besuche boten Einblicke in Nordlands Ansatz f\u00fcr das Engagement junger Menschen und die unterst\u00fctzenden Strukturen des Landkreises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse werden in einem umfassenden Bericht zusammengefasst, der verschiedene Strategien zur Verbesserung des Engagements junger Menschen, zur St\u00e4rkung junger Menschen und zur Bereitstellung praktischer Ressourcen f\u00fcr Praktiker und politische Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger aufzeigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klettern auf der Leiter: Die F\u00f6rderung einer Kultur des Jugendengagements (CL-YE) wird vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Partnerschaft mit Europiamo <\/a>(Italien), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Norwegen), EDYN <\/a>(Slowakei), YEPP Europa<\/a> (Deutschland), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER<\/a> (Frankreich) und SQ Lernen <\/a>(Griechenland) im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
