Die Studienreise nach Lissabon \u201eOne Step Higher: \u201eYouth Participation Practices\u201c, organisiert vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit Bangherang und den lokalen Beh\u00f6rden von Almada, Lissabon und Cascais, fand vom 18. bis 23. Mai 2024 in Lissabon (Portugal) statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es umfasste Teilnehmer aus allen Projektpartnerl\u00e4ndern und erm\u00f6glichte den Aufbau von Kapazit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Jugendbetreuer von zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen und Gemeinde\u00e4mtern f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit und Durchf\u00fchrung spezifischer Projekte zur Einbeziehung junger Menschen in Entscheidungsprozesse auf lokaler Ebene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend der Aktivit\u00e4t untersuchten die Teilnehmer den institutionellen Rahmen der Jugendpolitik in Portugal und arbeiteten mit verschiedenen europ\u00e4ischen Organisationen zusammen, die im Bereich der Jugendbeteiligung t\u00e4tig sind. Die Aktivit\u00e4t konzentrierte sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Erforschung von Instrumenten der elektronischen Beteiligung, inklusiven Beteiligungsmodellen und Gemeindeprogrammen, um junge Menschen aktiv in lokale Angelegenheiten einzubinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Teilnehmer hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Hauptquartier der Portugiesisches Institut f\u00fcr Jugend und Sport<\/a> (IPDJ), wo sie nachvollziehen konnten, wie das nationale Institut die Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene in Portugal unterst\u00fctzt, beispielsweise durch das nationale Budget f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Programm bot den Teilnehmern auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Almada<\/a> und die Cascais<\/a> (Europ\u00e4ische Jugendhauptstadt 2018) Gemeinden. Zu diesen Besuchen geh\u00f6rten Rundtischgespr\u00e4che mit Mitgliedern der lokalen Jugendr\u00e4te, die lokale Jugendorganisationen, junge F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und kommunale Jugendbetreuer vertreten. Die Besuche boten interessante Einblicke in den Entwicklungsprozess der lokalen Jugendstrategie und deren Umsetzung. Die Teilnehmer wurden in wirksame Verfahren f\u00fcr partizipative Systeme eingef\u00fchrt, einschlie\u00dflich des erneuerten partizipativen Jugendbudgets und der Kinderr\u00e4te. Die Teilnehmer entdeckten auch lokale Initiativen wie die Kategorie: Wrestlefest (Portugal)<\/a>, finanziert und unterst\u00fctzt von der Gemeinde Almada und der Voz do Jovens<\/a> Projekt, durchgef\u00fchrt von der Gemeinde Cascais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eines der Ziele des Programms bestand darin, es den Teilnehmern zu erm\u00f6glichen, ihre Erfahrungen in ihre eigene lokale Realit\u00e4t zu \u00fcbertragen. Die Aktivit\u00e4t umfasste einen Workshop, bei dem sie aktive Rollen \u00fcbernahmen und den Besuch bereicherten, indem sie bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren aus ihren L\u00e4ndern austauschten, Ideen f\u00fcr Folgema\u00dfnahmen entwickelten und pr\u00fcften, wie die vorgestellten Verfahren an ihren lokalen Kontext angepasst werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Studienbesuch wurde im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ durch die italienische Nationalagentur finanziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
