Mai bis 1. Juni 2024 in Gent (Belgien) statt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Aktivit\u00e4t erfuhren die Teilnehmer von der Jugendbeteiligung in <a href=\"https:\/\/stad.gent\/en\/city-governance-organisation\/city-policy\/ghent-child-and-youth-friendly-city\/ghent-european-youth-capital-2024\">Gent<\/a>, die Europ\u00e4ische Jugendhauptstadt 2024, und lernte andere europ\u00e4ische Organisationen kennen, die im Bereich der Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene t\u00e4tig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Programm der Fachexkursion bot den Teilnehmern die M\u00f6glichkeit, von <a href=\"https:\/\/bataljong.be\/\">Bataljong<\/a>\u201ebew\u00e4hrte Verfahren. Mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Verbesserung demokratischer Prozesse unterst\u00fctzt Bataljong die lokalen Regierungen in Flandern (Belgien) kontinuierlich bei der Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung von Plattformen f\u00fcr das Engagement junger Menschen in der Entscheidungsfindung. Die Teilnehmer wurden in Initiativen wie Debattle, Jonge Wegweters und Roadmap eingef\u00fchrt. Sie arbeiteten auch mit dem \u00f6rtlichen Jugendrat von Gent zusammen. Dieser Rat, der sich aus 20 Mitgliedern im Alter von 16 bis 30 Jahren zusammensetzt, ber\u00e4t \u00fcber politische Fragen, h\u00e4lt Wahlen ab und erarbeitet ein Memorandum mit Jugendpriorit\u00e4ten, das in politische Programme f\u00fcr Kommunalwahlen aufgenommen und den politischen Parteien vorgelegt werden soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besuche in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.larf.be\/\">LARF!<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.broei.be\/\">BROEI<\/a> erm\u00f6glichte es den Teilnehmern, die Praktiken der Jugendbeteiligung aus erster Hand zu entdecken. LARF! ist eine Non-Profit-Organisation und eine kulturelle Bildungsorganisation, in der Kinder und Jugendliche im Mittelpunkt stehen, unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrer Herkunft, ihrem Hintergrund oder ihrem Talent und BROEI ist ein kreativer Raum, der das EYC mit Aktivit\u00e4ten unterst\u00fctzt, in denen 25 jugendorientierte Organisationen den Raum und das Programm nutzen. Das BROEI-Labor besteht aus 60 Personen, die sich gegenseitig Workshops geben und gemeinsam lernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus bereicherte die Teilnahme an der Abschlusskonferenz der Plattform C, die von Bataljong organisiert wurde, den Besuch um erfolgreiche Modelle der Beteiligung lokaler Jugendlicher an der Entscheidungsfindung. Plattform C legt Wert darauf, die lokale Politik gemeinsam mit jungen Menschen zu gestalten und sie als Teil eines \u00d6kosystems zu sehen.
