Der Ausbildungskurs \u201eRegelwerk f\u00fcr Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, Teil des Projekts \u201eWie man ein Jugendziel erreicht\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, fand vom 11. bis 16. M\u00e4rz 2024 in Maia (Portugal) statt.<\/p>\n

Das prim\u00e4re Ziel dieser Schulung war es, das Bewusstsein von Jugendvertretern politischer Parteien und Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr die 11 Jugendziele<\/strong> um ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen zu vertiefen, mit denen junge Menschen in Bereichen wie \u201eJugend im l\u00e4ndlichen Raum\u201c<\/strong>, \u201eQualit\u00e4tsbesch\u00e4ftigung\u201c<\/strong>, \u201eQuality Learning\u201c (Qualit\u00e4tslernen)<\/strong> und \u201eRaumfahrt und Teilhabe f\u00fcr alle\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Schulung nahmen die Teilnehmer an interaktiven Sitzungen, Workshops und Diskussionen teil, um ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis der Nuancen der Jugendziele zu vertiefen und wirksame Wege zur Bew\u00e4ltigung der festgestellten Herausforderungen zu erkunden. Durch eine Kombination aus theoretischen Rahmen, Fallstudien und praktischen \u00dcbungen gewannen die Teilnehmer wertvolles Wissen, um Strategien zu entwickeln und Entscheidungen zu treffen, die sich positiv auf die Jugendbev\u00f6lkerung auswirken.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00f6rderte die Schulung Networking-M\u00f6glichkeiten und erm\u00f6glichte den Teilnehmern den Austausch von Ideen, bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren und innovativen Ans\u00e4tzen im Bereich der St\u00e4rkung der Jugend und der Jugendpolitik. Durch die Nutzung der vielf\u00e4ltigen F\u00e4higkeiten und Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer zielte die Schulung darauf ab, gemeinsame Anstrengungen zur Erreichung der in den Jugendzielen festgelegten Ziele zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt wird koordiniert von der\u00a0Herre\u017ea mladih Hrvatske \u2013 Kroatisches Jugendnetzwerk<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(Kroatien), in Zusammenarbeit mit dem DYPALL-Netzwerk,\u00a0Bundesjugendvertretung<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(\u00d6sterreich),\u00a0Conselho Nacional de Juventude<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(Portugal),\u00a0Deutscher Bundesjugendring<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(Deutschland) und dem Forscher Ondrej Barta. Gegr\u00fcndet von der Kroatischen Nationalen Agentur.<\/p>\n
