September im <strong>22. Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Jugend und Entwicklung<\/strong> (UYD) im Centro Eurolatinoamericano de Juventud (CEULAJ) in Mollina, Spanien. Ziel dieser Aktivit\u00e4t war es, Kommunen und Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft, die sich f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen an der lokalen Entscheidungsfindung einsetzen, zu vernetzen, um die Beteiligung junger Menschen an der Gestaltung lokaler Politiken, insbesondere der Umweltpolitik, zu verbessern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Hauptziel des PBA war es, einen Raum f\u00fcr den Austausch verschiedener Realit\u00e4ten zu schaffen, bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren, Methoden und Instrumente zu f\u00f6rdern und gleichzeitig Kooperationsprojekte zu entwickeln, die junge Menschen, Umweltpolitik und lokale Demokratien im Einklang mit der EU-Jugendstrategie f\u00fcr 2019-2027 und dem Programm Erasmus+ verbinden. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zu den spezifischen Zielen dieses PBA geh\u00f6rte es, Partner aus allen L\u00e4ndern des Netzwerks zusammenzubringen, um ihr Wissen \u00fcber den europ\u00e4ischen Rahmen f\u00fcr die Jugendpolitik, die Beteiligung junger Menschen und Demokratieprojekte zu erweitern. Es sollte untersucht werden, wie die Beteiligung junger Menschen an der Schaffung lokaler Umweltpolitiken zum Aufbau st\u00e4rkerer, nachhaltigerer und friedlicherer lokaler Demokratien beitr\u00e4gt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00f6rderte der PBA den Austausch von Fachwissen, Erfahrungen und bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren der Jugendarbeit auf lokaler Ebene, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem Aufbau fruchtbarer und langfristiger Partnerschaften lag. Letztendlich ging es darum, neue Projekte im Rahmen bestehender europ\u00e4ischer Programme zu entwickeln, die innerhalb der anstehenden Fristen umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Teilnehmer vertieften sich in den Rahmen der Unterst\u00fctzung im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ und untersuchten dessen Priorit\u00e4ten und Leitaktionen als Instrumente zur Unterst\u00fctzung ihrer Projektideen. Sie arbeiteten daran, die wichtigsten \u00f6kologischen Herausforderungen in ihren lokalen Gemeinschaften abzubilden und nachhaltige Partnerschaften zu schaffen, um diese Herausforderungen mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Programms Erasmus+ anzugehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00fchrten sie einen produktiven Dialog mit Tha\u00efs Leray, Teamleiter f\u00fcr Jugend im Referat Jugend, Bildung und Kultur der GD Internationale Partnerschaften der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, der wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu unserer Veranstaltung lieferte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der PBA fand an der Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Jugend und Entwicklung statt, an der 240 Teilnehmer aus 70 Nationen teilnahmen, um an 9 Aktivit\u00e4ten teilzunehmen, die gleichzeitig stattfanden, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem Thema lag:<em><strong> \u201eJunge Menschen, Frieden und Klimawandel\u201c<\/strong><\/em>. Die Teilnehmer hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich w\u00e4hrend einer Reihe von Plenartagungen im Rahmen des gemeinsamen Programms mit Teilnehmern aus anderen Aktivit\u00e4ten am UYD zu vernetzen, auszutauschen und zu reflektieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen die dedizierte Website f\u00fcr die UYD entdecken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/north-south-centre\/university-on-youth-and-development-2023?fbclid=IwAR0HRDAusAW5aSPnlgB9oGo98BRGQTdGDEPIfPhoGOImx4kRtprU0yb5MgQ\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die PBA wurde vom DYPALL-Netzwerk mit Unterst\u00fctzung der <strong>Programm Erasmus+<\/strong> durch die <strong>Nationale Agentur Portugals<\/strong>. Das UYD 2023 ist ein internationales Jugendevent im Rahmen der <strong>Gemeinsames Programm iLEGEND III<\/strong> kofinanziert durch die <strong>Europ\u00e4ische Union<\/strong> und die <strong>Europarat<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
