Die Aktivit\u00e4t fand vom 24. bis 29. April 2022 im Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendzentrum in Stra\u00dfburg (Frankreich) statt und brachte 25 Jugendleiter aus 22 verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern zusammen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ziel der Studiensitzung war es, einen Lernraum zu schaffen, um Jugenddelegierte, Jugendbetreuer, Vertreter lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te und \u00e4hnliche Beteiligungsstrukturen mit praktischen Kenntnissen und F\u00e4higkeiten einzubinden und auszustatten, um eine sinnvolle Beteiligung junger Menschen auf lokaler Ebene in ganz Europa zu f\u00f6rdern. W\u00e4hrend dieser Studiensitzung konnten die Teilnehmer \u00fcber die Chancen und Bedrohungen der COVID-19-Pandemie im Bereich der Jugendbeteiligung berichten und bestehende bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren und Instrumente zur F\u00f6rderung ihrer Beteiligung auf lokaler Ebene untersuchen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heute teilen wir den Bericht aus der Studiensitzung <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\u201e<\/b><b><i>Aufstieg auf die Leiter \u2013 Kapazit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Jugendf\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte schaffen, um die Beteiligung junger Menschen am Entscheidungsprozess auf lokaler Ebene zu erleichtern<\/i><\/b><b>\u201c<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dies gibt dem Leser einen allgemeinen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Entwicklungen der Sitzung und hilft, die von den Teilnehmern geteilten Schlussfolgerungen und Erfahrungen zu verstehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dem Bericht werden die verschiedenen Teile der Sitzung vorgestellt, z. B.:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivation, Ziele, Programm, Teilnehmerprofil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lernprozess, der von den Erwartungen der Teilnehmer gepr\u00e4gt ist<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">angewandte Theorien und Methoden, wie z.
