Zwischen 24 Jahren fand im Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendzentrum des Europarats in Stra\u00dfburg die Studiensitzung \u201eClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u201c statt.<\/span>th<\/span> \u2013 29<\/span>th<\/span> Sie wurde vom DYPALL-Netzwerk und der Versammlung der Regionen Europas (AER) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Jugendabteilung des Europarats organisiert.<\/span><\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend der gesamten Woche hatten 25 Jugendleiter aus 22 verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihr Wissen \u00fcber die Beteiligung junger Menschen zu f\u00f6rdern und F\u00e4higkeiten und praktische Instrumente zu erwerben, um ihre potenzielle Wirkung als junge Aktivisten und Multiplikatoren in ihren lokalen Realit\u00e4ten zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die vorgeschlagenen Aktivit\u00e4ten wurden ausgehend von einschl\u00e4gigen Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen des Europarats im Bereich der Jugendbeteiligung wie \u201eHave Your Say! Handbuch zur \u00fcberarbeiteten Europ\u00e4ischen Charta f\u00fcr die Teilhabe junger Menschen am lokalen und regionalen Leben\u201c. Dank dieser Ansatzpunkte hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, von einem breiteren Punkt aus zu beginnen, um aktiv einen Aktionsplan zu erstellen, um eine relevante Aktion in ihren lokalen Realit\u00e4ten zu starten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Studiensitzung wurde durch den aussagekr\u00e4ftigen Beitrag unseres externen Experten Hrvoje Kova\u010d abgeschlossen, der die \u201eLeiter der Beteiligung\u201c untersuchte und vom praktischen AER-Tool Advocacy Cycle bereitgestellt wurde, damit die Teilnehmer ein genaues Verst\u00e4ndnis des Themas haben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dieser Lernprozess wurde durch verschiedene Methoden wie ein vom Team bereitgestelltes Simulationsspiel aufgebaut, um einen klaren Einblick zu geben, wie man sich an Spender und Institutionen wendet, um ihre Projekte zu finanzieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Das wichtigste Endergebnis bestand neben dem eigentlichen Aktionsplan, den jeder Teilnehmer selbst gestaltete, auch darin, mit der Einrichtung eines \u201eJugendbeirats des DYPALL-Netzwerks\u201c zu beginnen, der die Organisation aufschlussreich dabei unterst\u00fctzen wird, ihre Projekte besser auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Ziele junger Menschen abzustimmen und ihre Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Wiederbelebung der pluralistischen Demokratie im Entscheidungsprozess auf lokaler Ebene zu f\u00f6rdern, was mit den Kernzielen der Jugendabteilung des Europarats im Einklang steht.<\/span><\/p>\n
