Youth Centre\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>S.M.A.R.T. ist eine 24-monatige strategische Partnerschaft, an der 8 Partner aus 6 verschiedenen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern beteiligt sind \u2013 <strong>IRTEA<\/strong>, der der Koordinator ist, <strong>BOLT<\/strong> und<strong> Ver\u00e4ndern Sie jetzt Ihr Leben<\/strong> aus Griechenland, <strong>DYPALL Netzwerk<\/strong> aus Portugal, <strong>KEKS<\/strong> aus Schweden, <strong>Gemeinde von Cinisello Balsamo<\/strong> aus Italien, <strong>Mreza Mama<\/strong> aus Slowenien und <strong>Amicus Certus<\/strong> aus Litauen \u2013 aus den Bereichen Jugend und Entwicklung digitaler Aktivit\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<p>Die erwarteten Ergebnisse des Projekts werden ermittelt, um Jugendbetreuerinnen und Jugendbetreuer in die Lage zu versetzen, zu verstehen, wie die Digitalisierung Gesellschaften pr\u00e4gt, einschlie\u00dflich ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Bildung und den Jugendsektor im Allgemeinen, die \u201edigitale Kultur\u201c junger Menschen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, eine flexiblere Kultur bei der Einf\u00fchrung digitaler Instrumente in der Bildung zu f\u00f6rdern, Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr junge Menschen im Einklang mit den Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Hoffnungen junger Menschen zu konzipieren und die Beteiligung junger Menschen in allen Phasen der DYW zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptziele, die die Partner w\u00e4hrend des Projekts erreichen wollen, sind:<br \/>\n1. Entwicklung digitaler Kompetenzen und Kompetenzen von Jugendbetreuern;<br \/>\n2. Gew\u00e4hrleistung des integrativen Charakters von Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten;<br \/>\n3. Entwicklung von E-Learning-, Mixed- und Fernunterrichtskompetenzen;<br \/>\n4. Entwicklung digitaler p\u00e4dagogischer Kompetenzen von Jugendbetreuern;<br \/>\n5. Bef\u00e4higung von Jugendbetreuern zur Bereitstellung hochwertiger digitaler, nichtformaler und inklusiver Bildung.<\/p>\n<p>Diese beiden Tage basierten auf der Strukturierung und Aufteilung der Arbeit unter den Partnern, so dass die n\u00e4chsten Schritte erfolgreich erreicht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>S.M.A.R.T.
