An diesem Besuch nahmen 27 Gemeindebeamte und Jugendarbeiter aus Bulgarien, Kroatien, Portugal, Finnland, Italien, Lettland, Rum\u00e4nien, der T\u00fcrkei, dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich und den Niederlanden teil, um Praktiken und Modelle des sozialen Unternehmertums junger Menschen und der lokalen Jugendpolitik f\u00fcr soziales Unternehmertum zu besuchen und zu erkunden, wobei ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf der Inklusion junger Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund lag.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Studienbesuchs konnten die Teilnehmer eine Vielzahl von Praktiken und Modellen des sozialen Unternehmertums junger Menschen und von Mechanismen und Strukturen, die solche Praktiken unterst\u00fctzen, sehen und diese Erfahrungen in ihre eigene lokale Realit\u00e4t \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Projekts war es, zu einem besseren Verst\u00e4ndnis von Jugendbetreuern beizutragen, wie die Gr\u00fcndung sozialer Start-ups unterst\u00fctzt werden kann, die die Sozialwirtschaft verbessern k\u00f6nnen, und neue Besch\u00e4ftigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr junge Migranten als Schritt in Richtung sozialer Inklusion und Integration zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der 28<sup>th<\/sup> Im Mai wurde der Vormittag mit der Pr\u00e4sentation des Besuchs, den darin enthaltenen Zielen und Programmdetails sowie einem Moment verbracht, in dem sich die Teilnehmer kennenlernen konnten, und am Nachmittag mit Schl\u00fcsselkonzepten zum sozialen Unternehmertum und dem Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren der lokalen Jugendpolitik zum sozialen Unternehmertum. Der Abend versammelte die Teilnehmer an einem interkulturellen Abend.<\/p>\n<p>Der dritte Tag des Besuchs fand in Cascais statt und setzte sich mit der Jugendabteilung der Gemeinde und ihren Projekten zur Jugendbeteiligung sowie dem Verein DNA Cascais in Verbindung. Der Nachmittag wurde drau\u00dfen verbracht und das Viertel Torre besucht, wo die Teilnehmer die Gelegenheit hatten, das Projekt \u201eTake it\u201c zu sehen, eines davon, und mehr \u00fcber die Arbeitsverwaltung zu erfahren.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der 30<sup>th<\/sup> Im Mai drehte sich der Studienbesuch um das Zentrum von Lissabon. Am Morgen gab es einen Besuch in der Gemeinde Lissabon, in Kontakt mit dem ComNetNEET-Projekt, das darauf abzielt, die Besch\u00e4ftigung junger Menschen zu f\u00f6rdern und die soziale Ausgrenzung junger Menschen zu verhindern. Der Nachmittag des Besuchs war in TecLabs, einem neuen sozialen Ansatz f\u00fcr das Unternehmertum der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Wissenschaften der Universit\u00e4t Lissabon.<\/p>\n<p>Der letzte Tag des Besuchs diente der Entwicklung lokaler Strategien und Aktionspl\u00e4ne sowie der Erkundung von Follow-up-M\u00f6glichkeiten und der Bewertung und dem Abschluss.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Projekt besteht aus zwei Studienaufenthalten, der erste in Portugal (Mai 2019) und der zweite in den Niederlanden (Oktober 2019).
