Der Schulungskurs \u201eQualit\u00e4tssicherung in lokalen Jugendr\u00e4ten\u201c fand ab 2 Jahren statt.nd<\/sup> bis 8th<\/sup> Mai 2022 in Portim\u00e3o, Portugal. Kommunalbeamte, Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und Jugendleiter aus Belgien, Kroatien, Slowenien, Italien und Portugal kamen zusammen, um zu lernen und Wege zu erkunden, wie sie lokale Jugendr\u00e4te oder gleichwertige Strukturen der Jugendbeteiligung entwickeln und verbessern k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Diese Aktivit\u00e4t wurde vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Partnerschaft mit Creccide \u2013 Carrefour R\u00e9gional et Communautaire de la Citoyennet\u00e9 et de la D\u00e9mocratie asbl, Comune di Collegno, KRAPINSKO-ZAGORSKA ZUPANIJA und Mladinski svet Ajdovscina durchgef\u00fchrt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Schulung Teil des KA2-Projekts \u201eF\u00f6rderung einer Beteiligungskultur: Durchg\u00e4ngige Ber\u00fccksichtigung lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te in Europa\u201c.<\/p>\n

Der Kurs basierte auf nicht-formalen Bildungsmethoden, die eine gesunde kritische Haltung gegen\u00fcber innovativen L\u00f6sungen und Ans\u00e4tzen f\u00f6rdern und ein inklusives und partizipatives Umfeld erm\u00f6glichen. Die Hauptziele dieser Aktivit\u00e4t bestanden darin, den Stand der Technik der lokalen Jugendr\u00e4te auf lokaler Ebene in ganz Europa in Bezug auf verschiedene Strukturen, Instrumente und Mechanismen zu untersuchen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sollen Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen dar\u00fcber gesammelt werden, wie ein nachhaltiges und inklusives Engagement junger Menschen in lokalen Jugendr\u00e4ten entwickelt werden kann, um die Kartierung lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te in Projektl\u00e4ndern zu unterst\u00fctzen und Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen zwischen den Teilnehmern auszutauschen.<\/p>\n

Im Rahmen dieser Aktivit\u00e4t erweiterten die Teilnehmer ihr Wissen im Bereich der Beteiligung junger Menschen und ihr Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen, denen sich junge Menschen beim Zugang zu Beteiligungsstrukturen gegen\u00fcbersehen k\u00f6nnten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben sie die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Erkenntnisse zu erneuern und Ideen zu erhalten, wie eine inklusive, aktive und sinnvolle Beteiligung junger Menschen entwickelt werden kann. Schlie\u00dflich war dieser Trainingskurs eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit zum Networking, zum Erfahrungsaustausch und zum Lernen.<\/p>\n
