M\u00e4rz 2022 in Braga (Portugal) organisiert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jugendleiter, Jugendbetreuer und f\u00fcr Jugend zust\u00e4ndige Gemeindebeamte aus 13 L\u00e4ndern des Europarats <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">waren in der Lage, aktiv am Austausch von Raum teilzunehmen, um die Rolle junger F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte in unseren Demokratien besser zu verstehen und die Entscheidungsprozesse auf lokaler Ebene zu verbessern<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Die Teilnehmer entwickelten Kompetenzen, um Strukturen und Instrumente zur Beteiligung junger Menschen zu schaffen und zu unterst\u00fctzen, die es jungen Menschen erm\u00f6glichen, Einfluss auf die Gestaltung lokaler Jugendpolitik zu nehmen und sich daran zu beteiligen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend des Trainings besuchten die Teilnehmer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrojuventudebraga.pt\/centre\/about\">Jugendzentrum Braga<\/a>, die darauf abzielt, eine <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qualitativ hochwertige Referenz f\u00fcr die Arbeit mit jungen Menschen. Sie erhielten auch einige Einblicke in die Organisation der ersten nationalen Begegnung lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te in Portugal, die von den Gemeinden Braga und Porto geleitet wurde.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus lernten die Teilnehmer mehr \u00fcber die Finanzierung ihrer Projekte \u00fcber Fonds wie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/european-youth-foundation\">Europ\u00e4ische Jugendstiftung<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Schulung trug auch zu einem besseren Verst\u00e4ndnis der Jugendbetreuer bei, wie sie ihre Arbeit in den partizipativen Strukturen der Jugend auf lokaler Ebene entwickeln k\u00f6nnen, indem sie digitale Plattformen wie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\">Demokratisches Reloading-Toolkit<\/a> oder<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/changemakerskit\/\"> Das Changemakers-Kit<\/a>, entwickelt von Europe Goes Local,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dadurch kann die Beteiligung junger Menschen verbessert werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Schulung wurde von der Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendstiftung des Europarates kofinanziert und mit Unterst\u00fctzung der Gemeinde Braga organisiert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
