M\u00e4rz 2022 vom DYPALL Network in Braga (Portugal) organisiert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auf der Konferenz konnten mehr als 70 Jugendarbeiter und Beamte der lokalen und regionalen Gebietsk\u00f6rperschaften zusammenkommen und sich auf verschiedene Bereiche im Zusammenhang mit jungen Menschen wie Teilhabe, Besch\u00e4ftigung, Bildung, Gesundheit und Wohnraum konzentrieren, wobei besonderes Augenmerk auf spezifische Ma\u00dfnahmen, nachhaltige Verfahren und Instrumente zur F\u00f6rderung widerstandsf\u00e4higer Gemeinschaften gelegt wurde, die auf au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Umst\u00e4nde wie die COVID-19-Pandemie vorbereitet sind. Das Konferenzprogramm umfasste eine Vielzahl von Hauptrednern, den Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren, thematische Rundtischgespr\u00e4che und Arbeitsgruppen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei der Er\u00f6ffnung der Konferenz hatten wir den Beitrag von Ricardo Rio, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cm-braga.pt\/en\/0101\/municipio\/camara-municipal\/presidente\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mayer von Braga<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Bruno Ant\u00f3nio, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DYPALL Netzwerk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Koordinatorin, Carla Mouro, gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Pr\u00e4sidentin der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fjuventude.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jugendstiftung<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Rui Oliveira, Pr\u00e4sident der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnj.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nationaler Jugendrat Portugals.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den Er\u00f6ffnungsreden folgte der Standpunkt eines Politikanalysten aus <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OECD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, und den Runden Tisch mit einem Forscher und jugendpolitischen Analysten von <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pjp-eu.coe.int\/en\/web\/youth-partnership\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jugendpartnerschaft EU-CoE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und ein Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ipdj.gov.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portugiesisches Institut f\u00fcr Jugend und Sport<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend der Konferenz nahmen die Teilnehmer an mehreren thematischen Arbeitsgruppen zur Abmilderung der Auswirkungen der COVID-19-Pandemie, Runden Tischen und Workshops zur Jugendarbeit beim Aufbau widerstandsf\u00e4higer Gemeinschaften teil, die von Vertretern der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demokratie neu laden<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ipdj.gov.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portugiesisches Institut f\u00fcr Jugend und Sport<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europa wird lokal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Wir hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit, Keynote-Speaker von <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SALTO<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.verke.org\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verke<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00fcber e-Partizipation und digitale Transformation und Erweiterung unseres Wissens durch Explorationsgruppen \u00fcber Werkzeuge und Ressourcen f\u00fcr neue Trends in der Jugendarbeit und der digitalen Transformation unter der Leitung von Vertretern von <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/rc\/participation\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SALTO-YOUTH Teilnahme &amp; Informationen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europiamo.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europiamo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Eine Vielzahl von Methoden, die Fokusgruppendiskussionen, Brainstorming und erfahrungsorientierte Lern\u00fcbungen umfassen, wurden in den Sitzungen verwendet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Teilnehmer untersuchten auch die Realit\u00e4ten der lokalen Jugendarbeit in Vila Nova de Gaia und Vila Nova de Famalic\u00e3o und besuchten das Stadtzentrum von Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am letzten Konferenztag ging es um Nachhaltigkeit in der Jugendarbeit. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanpowerhub.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Human Power Hub<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> h\u00e4lt einen Vortrag \u00fcber soziale Innovation, an den sich der runde Tisch \u00fcber die Schaffung von Nachhaltigkeit durch das Lernen aus den Verfahren der europ\u00e4ischen Jugendhauptst\u00e4dte anschlie\u00dft. Wir haben auch die Auswirkungen der Jugendarbeit und ihren Zusammenhang mit dem Klimawandel er\u00f6rtert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend der gesamten Veranstaltung hatten die Teilnehmer Gelegenheit, ein starkes Netzwerk aufzubauen, indem sie bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren in Bezug auf die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den lokalen Beh\u00f6rden und der Zivilgesellschaft austauschten, wobei ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf Strategien zur Verringerung der Auswirkungen der Pandemie auf das Leben junger Menschen lag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Konferenz wurde mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Programms Erasmus+ \u00fcber die portugiesische Nationalagentur und die Gemeinde Braga organisiert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
