Oktober<\/strong> und wurde vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/youth\"><strong>Jugendabteilung des Europarates<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>21 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer aus Organisationen, Kommunen und Institutionen aus 14 L\u00e4ndern haben in der ganzen Woche ihre Kompetenzen weiterentwickelt und praktische Kenntnisse \u00fcber die Anwendbarkeit, \u00dcbertragbarkeit und Umsetzung verschiedener digitaler L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene gewonnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aktivit\u00e4t baut auf den Ergebnissen, Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen auf, die w\u00e4hrend der Studiensitzung \u201eW(e)-participate! Nutzung digitaler Innovationen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen auf lokaler Ebene\u201c, die vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit der Jugendabteilung des Europarats vom 27. September bis 3. Oktober 2020 im Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendzentrum in Stra\u00dfburg organisiert wurde. Das Format der Studiensitzung erm\u00f6glichte es uns, 3 externe Experten und Dozenten einzuladen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> von <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Tree Company<\/a> (Belgien) leitete praktische Workshops zur Planung eines erfolgreichen E-Partizipationsprozesses, indem sie ihre Methodik, Instrumente und bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren in diesem Bereich vorstellte.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> erm\u00f6glichte eine praktische Simulation auf ihrer E-Governance-Plattform, der wohl am weitesten entwickelten und komplexesten in Europa verf\u00fcgbaren Software.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd von <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">nexus Institut f\u00fcr Kooperationsmanagement und interdisziplin\u00e4re Forschung<\/a> (Deutschland) pr\u00e4sentierte uns ihr Projekt \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 Digitale Jugendbeteiligung leicht gemacht<\/a>\u201eund erm\u00f6glichte es uns, Projekte zu schaffen und Ideen zu entwickeln durch die <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">STELLUNGNAHME<\/a> Plattform \u2013 ein kostenloses elektronisches Partizipationsinstrument f\u00fcr junge Menschen.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, die wesentlichen Fragen der Beteiligung junger Menschen und der elektronischen Beteiligung wie Zugang, Kommunikation, Herausforderungen oder Bedrohungen zu diskutieren und zu vergleichen. Sie untersuchten und tauschten bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren der elektronischen Beteiligung junger Menschen aus und erarbeiteten 10 Grunds\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Nutzung der elektronischen Beteiligung junger Menschen. Mit dem Ziel, erfolgreiche Nachfolgestrategien und -ideen zu schaffen, lernten die Teilnehmer F\u00f6rderm\u00f6glichkeiten kennen und erarbeiteten lokale und internationale Projektideen, die in naher Zukunft umgesetzt werden sollen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden die Teilnehmer vor, w\u00e4hrend und nach der Aktivit\u00e4t \u00fcber eine <strong>Zwietracht<\/strong> Kanal, der verwendet wurde f\u00fcr: Bereitstellung von Materialien, Lernen \u00fcber die Erwartungen der Teilnehmer, Beantwortung ihrer Fragen und Kennenlernen vor der Aktivit\u00e4t sowie Bereitstellung von Updates, Workshops, Abstimmungen und Interaktion in einem digitalen Bereich.<\/p>\n<p>Innerhalb der n\u00e4chsten 3 Monate wird ein vollst\u00e4ndiger Bericht ver\u00f6ffentlicht, der die Ergebnisse der Studiensitzung zusammenfasst. Bereits am Mittwoch wird das DYPALL-Netzwerk die Ergebnisse dieser beiden Studiensitzungen w\u00e4hrend der vom Nord-S\u00fcd-Zentrum des Europarates organisierten Meta-Universit\u00e4t vorstellen.
