Die Schulung fand ab 27 Jahren statt.th<\/sup> September \u2013 3rd<\/sup> Oktober in Bilbao, Spanien, organisiert von DYPALL Network in Zusammenarbeit mit Novisi Elkartea. Jugendarbeiter und Gemeindebeamte aus Bulgarien, Kroatien, Griechenland, Italien, Portugal, der Slowakei, Spanien und der T\u00fcrkei untersuchten das Thema der gemeinsamen Verwaltung von Jugendzentren mit jungen Menschen.<\/p>\n

Das Training basierte auf nicht-formalen Bildungsmethoden und zielte darauf ab, zur beruflichen Entwicklung aller Teilnehmer beizutragen und ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, ihre Kenntnisse, Kompetenzen und F\u00e4higkeiten \u00fcber den theoretischen Hintergrund der Jugendbeteiligung zu verbessern. Neben der Untersuchung verschiedener Modelle und Praktiken bei der Verwaltung von Jugendzentren hatten die Teilnehmer Zugang zu mehreren Methoden, die sie je nach ihrem spezifischen Kontext und Ziel anwenden konnten.<\/p>\n

Die Teilnehmer hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Kompetenzen bei der Schaffung partizipativer Umgebungen und der Festlegung von Strategien zu verbessern, die darauf abzielen, junge Menschen in die Prozesse der Mitgestaltung von Jugendzentren einzubeziehen. Kompetenzen wie Planung, Organisation, Personalf\u00fchrung, Leitung oder Leitung eines Raumes zur Erreichung eines Ziels wurden erforscht und an jeden Kontext angepasst, um es den Teilnehmern zu erm\u00f6glichen, das Wissen in ihre eigene Realit\u00e4t zu \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n

Ein weiteres wichtiges Element war die Gelegenheit f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer, Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen auszutauschen, mit denen sie konfrontiert sind, indem sie Jugendr\u00e4ume betreiben und die Beteiligung junger Menschen f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Dieser Schulungskurs wurde mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Programms Erasmus+ \u00fcber die spanische nationale Agentur INJUVE organisiert.<\/p>\n
