September besuchten die Ausbilder des DYPALL-Netzwerks Elbl\u0105g und I\u0142awa in Nordpolen im Rahmen eines Projekts \u201eYouth participatory for innovative education in the Zalewo commune\u201c (Jugendbeteiligung f\u00fcr innovative Bildung in der Gemeinde Zalewo). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forumanimatorow.org\/\">Foren-\u00dcbersicht Animator\u00f3w Spo\u0142ecznych<\/a>. Ziel des Projekts war es, die b\u00fcrgerschaftliche Aktivit\u00e4t von Jugendlichen aus der Gemeinde Zalewo zu erh\u00f6hen, indem das Modell der Jugendaktivierung auf der Grundlage der Beispiele umgesetzt wird, die von portugiesischen Organisationen w\u00e4hrend einer <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-study-visit-in-portugal\/\">Fachexkursion in Portim\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausbilder des DYPALL-Netzwerks besuchten Polen, um die Umsetzung der lokalen Jugendbeteiligungsaktivit\u00e4t zu unterst\u00fctzen. Am Dienstag und Mittwoch bildeten wir 20 junge Menschen und 4 Lehrer aus 4 Schulen in lokalen l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten aus, die sich \u00fcber die Beteiligung junger Menschen und ihre Macht, ihre lokale Realit\u00e4t zu ver\u00e4ndern, informierten. Nach einer Design-Thinking-Methodik analysierten junge Menschen die Probleme und Bed\u00fcrfnisse ihrer Altersgenossen, definierten die bestehenden Probleme, brainstormten \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sungen und erstellten und testeten schlie\u00dflich Prototypen ihrer Ideen vor ihren Schulleitern. Die geplanten Initiativen sollen in der ersten H\u00e4lfte des Schuljahres umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Rest des Besuchs war dem Studienbesuch in I\u0142awa gewidmet. Treffen mit lokalen Studentengewerkschaften und dem lokalen Jugendrat erm\u00f6glichten es uns, die Unterschiede zwischen den Strukturen der Jugendbeteiligung besser zu verstehen und mit jungen Menschen und Jugendbetreuern einen Teil der europ\u00e4ischen bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren auszutauschen, die vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in der laufenden Studie \u00fcber Modelle der Jugendbeteiligung abgebildet wurden.
