August<\/strong><strong>\u00a020<\/strong><strong>21<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>bis 12:00 Uhr (mittags) MEZ.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcber die Aktivit\u00e4t<br \/>\n<\/strong>In der Studiensitzung \u201eE-Partizipation im Jugendbereich \u2013 \u00dcbertragung der Beteiligung lokaler Jugendlicher an Entscheidungsprozessen auf den digitalen Raum\u201c soll die Bedeutung der e-Partizipation junger Menschen hervorgehoben und Jugendbetreuern, Gemeindevertretern und Jugendleitern praktische Kenntnisse \u00fcber die Anwendbarkeit, \u00dcbertragbarkeit und Umsetzung verschiedener digitaler L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene vermittelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aktivit\u00e4t baut auf den Ergebnissen, Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen auf, die w\u00e4hrend der Studiensitzung \u201eW(e)-participate! Nutzung digitaler Innovationen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen auf lokaler Ebene\u201c, die vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit der Jugendabteilung des Europarats vom 27. September bis 3. Oktober 2020 im Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendzentrum in Stra\u00dfburg organisiert wurde. Der Bericht ist verf\u00fcgbar <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/activity\/report-from-the-study-session-we-participate-harnessing-digital-innovation-for-youth-participation-at-local-level\/\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Die spezifischen Ziele der Studiensitzung sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er\u00f6rterung und Vergleich der wesentlichen Fragen der Beteiligung junger Menschen und der elektronischen Teilhabe, z. B.: Zugang, Auswirkungen, Chancen und Bedrohungen<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung von Beispielen f\u00fcr digitale Instrumente f\u00fcr die elektronische Partizipation und \u00dcberlegungen dar\u00fcber, wie sie jugendfreundlicher und auf die lokalen Gegebenheiten anwendbarer gestaltet werden k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<li>die Werte und Grunds\u00e4tze der elektronischen Partizipation junger Menschen unter Bezugnahme auf bestehende Modelle und Grunds\u00e4tze der Partizipation junger Menschen zu erfassen;<\/li>\n<li>Vision wirksamer Strategien f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des e-Partizipationsprozesses junger Menschen bei der Entscheidungsfindung auf lokaler Ebene<\/li>\n<li>Austausch \u00fcber die Praktiken und Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer in Bezug auf die elektronische Teilnahme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Anforderungen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Wir laden ein:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jugendbetreuer und Erzieher, die im Bereich der Jugendbeteiligung t\u00e4tig sind;<\/li>\n<li>Jugendleiter und junge Menschen mit Interesse an der Beteiligung junger Menschen, junge Vertreter lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te und \u00e4hnliche Beteiligungsstrukturen;<\/li>\n<li>junge Entwickler von E-Partizipationsl\u00f6sungen;<\/li>\n<li>Kommunalvertreter mit Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten in Jugendfragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00fcssen die Teilnehmer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in der Lage sein, auf Englisch zu arbeiten;<\/li>\n<li>Gem\u00e4\u00df den Regeln des Europarats sollten die Teilnehmer zwischen 18 und 30 Jahre alt sein (au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche F\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen akzeptiert werden, wenn dies gerechtfertigt ist);<\/li>\n<li>bereit sein, mit ihren Erfahrungen zur Studiensitzung beizutragen;<\/li>\n<li>Einwohner der Mitgliedstaaten des Europarats sein; Je nach Antragsformular der Teilnehmer sind einige Ausnahmen m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n<li>w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Dauer der Studiensitzung teilnehmen k\u00f6nnen;<\/li>\n<li>in der Lage sein, vor der Aktivit\u00e4t einer Discord-Gruppe der Study Session beizutreten;<\/li>\n<li>in der Lage sein, einen eigenen Computer f\u00fcr die E-Tools-Workshops mitzubringen (obwohl Ausnahmen m\u00f6glich sind).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wir f\u00f6rdern und unterst\u00fctzen auch die Teilnahme von Teilnehmern aus benachteiligten Gruppen.<br \/>\nBei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an Mateusz Hoffmann unter\u00a0<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"mailto:mateusz.hoffmann@dypall.com\">mateusz.hoffmann@dypall.com<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit der Jugendabteilung des Europarats organisierte Studiensitzung zum Thema \u201eE-Partizipation im Jugendbereich \u2013 \u00dcbertragung der Beteiligung lokaler Jugendlicher an Entscheidungsprozessen auf die digitale Sph\u00e4re\u201c findet vom 11. bis 15.
