April 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aktivit\u00e4t brachte zusammen <strong>45 Jugendarbeiter, Jugendleiter und lokale Vertreter aus 25 L\u00e4ndern<\/strong>, sowohl innerhalb als auch au\u00dferhalb des Netzwerks, um starke und nachhaltige Partnerschaften aufzubauen, die sich auf die Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene im Rahmen der <strong>neues Erasmus+-Programm 2021-2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Der erste Tag der Aktivit\u00e4t wurde von <strong>Sean Ellul, Mitglied des Jugendbeirats des Europarats<\/strong>, der uns darauf hingewiesen hat, wie wichtig die demokratische Teilhabe junger Menschen und ihre F\u00e4higkeit zur Analyse, zum kritischen Denken und zur Interessenvertretung sind, wenn sie den Bedrohungen im Zusammenhang mit Fehlinformationen und digitaler Innovation begegnen. Die ersten Sitzungen des PBA waren dem Erlernen von Erasmus+-Finanzierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, der Vernetzung und dem Austausch bestehender Konzepte von Projekten aus dem Bereich der Jugendbeteiligung gewidmet. Der zweite Tag erm\u00f6glichte es den Teilnehmern, hochwertige Konsortien aufzubauen und Ideen zu entwickeln, was zur Entwicklung mehrerer solider Projektkonzepte f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige KA2-Partnerschaftsprojekte f\u00fchrte, die innerhalb der anstehenden Erasmus+-Frist angewendet werden sollten.<\/p>\n<p>Die gro\u00dfe Vielfalt der Teilnehmer in Bezug auf die geografische Ausgewogenheit (25 Programm- und Partnerl\u00e4nder), das Fachwissen (Jugendbeteiligung, Menschenrechte, Medienkompetenz, Friedenskonsolidierung, EU, Interessenvertretung, Gamification usw.) und die Organisationsstruktur ihrer Organisationen (Jugendr\u00e4te, Jugendorganisationen, NRO, nationale und lokale Beh\u00f6rden, Universit\u00e4ten), die unter dem Dach des Interesses an der Jugendbeteiligung auf lokaler Ebene zusammenkamen, war definitiv der H\u00f6hepunkt und ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg dieser Aktivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Die Er\u00f6ffnung des Treffens f\u00fcr Teilnehmer aus Partnerl\u00e4ndern (Regionen 1 bis 4) erm\u00f6glichte einen interessanten Austausch von Erfahrungen und Perspektiven zur Beteiligung junger Menschen in verschiedenen nationalen Kontexten \u00fcber die \u00fcbliche Blase der Europ\u00e4ischen Union hinaus. Erasmus+ wurde geschaffen, um den europ\u00e4ischen Bildungsraum aufzubauen und zu f\u00f6rdern.
