M\u00e4rz 2021 <strong>DYPALL Netzwerk<\/strong> nahm an einer Online-Auftaktsitzung des Projekts teil,<strong>Wachstum und Zugang f\u00fcr Millennials von Erasmus+<\/strong>\u201e(GAME+) koordiniert vom Mitglied des DYPALL-Netzwerks <strong>Europe4Youth<\/strong> (Polen) mit 2 weiteren Partnern: <strong>Zentrum f\u00fcr Jugendaktivismus CYA KRIK<\/strong> (Nordmazedonien) und <strong>Bangherang APS<\/strong> (Italien).<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt \u201eGAME+\u201c zielt darauf ab, ein innovatives digitales Instrument Learnus+ zu schaffen, das Aktivit\u00e4ten von Jugendbetreuern unterst\u00fctzt, indem eine Gamification-Ebene auf die Lernprozesse junger Menschen angewendet wird. Gamification besteht aus der Verwendung von Spieldesign und -mechanik in einem Nicht-Spielkontext, um innovative P\u00e4dagogen anzubieten, die ansprechende Elemente zum Bildungsmaterial hinzuf\u00fcgen und Jugendarbeiter motivieren, auf unterhaltsame Weise mit der Gemeinschaft Schritt zu halten. Dieses Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Unterst\u00fctzung der Jugendarbeiter und -organisationen bei der Vorbereitung ihrer regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Aktivit\u00e4ten und auf die Unterst\u00fctzung der digitalen Teilhabe und des Online-Lernens junger Menschen. <\/p>\n<p>Die Ziele des Projekts sind:<br \/>\n\u2013 ein neues, innovatives digitales Instrument auf der Grundlage der Gamification-Methode anzubieten;<br \/>\n\u2013 Verbesserung der digitalen Teilhabe und digitalen Inklusion junger Menschen;<br \/>\n\u2013 junge Menschen zu ermutigen und zu motivieren, Lernspiele als Instrument des Online-Lernens zu nutzen;<br \/>\n\u2013 die Kapazit\u00e4ten der Jugendarbeiter, Jugendlichen und Jugendorganisationen auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>In der ersten Phase des Projekts wird das Konsortium umfassende Forschungsarbeiten zu den Fallstudien und bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren f\u00fcr die Anwendung von Gamification-Methoden durch Jugendarbeiter und Jugendorganisationen einleiten. Basierend auf der Analyse dieser Praktiken und den Empfehlungen der befragten Jugendbetreuer werden die Projektpartner ein neues Instrument schaffen, das der Jugendarbeit und den Lernprozessen junger Menschen eine Gamification-Ebene bietet. Das Projekt umfasst eine Schulung f\u00fcr Jugendbetreuer, die darauf abzielt, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten in der Anwendung von Gamification-Methoden und -Tools in der Jugendarbeit zu entwickeln und das im Rahmen des Projekts geschaffene digitale Instrument zu testen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse des Projekts \u2013 das innovative digitale Instrument Learnus+ und die Leitlinien f\u00fcr den Einsatz von Gamification-Instrumenten in der Jugendarbeit \u2013 werden im Rahmen einer Reihe von Multiplikatorveranstaltungen in vier L\u00e4ndern verbreitet.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt wird von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ gef\u00f6rdert: Strategische Partnerschaft f\u00fcr Innovation im Jugendbereich.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/2021\/03\/02\/game-growth-and-access-for-millennials-of-erasmus-kick-off-meeting\/kick-off-screen-1\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4798\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Kick-off-screen-1-1024x490.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"490\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4798\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 1.
