Die meisten Ausbilder und Jugendarbeiter entwickeln die neuen Kompetenzen schnell und stellen sich der herausfordernden Realit\u00e4t der Anwendung traditioneller Moderationsmethoden auf die uns zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden digitalen Werkzeuge. Im Laufe des Jahres unterst\u00fctzte das DYPALL-Netzwerk diese Entwicklung mit mehreren Schulungen zur Online-Erleichterung und Online-Treffen f\u00fcr Jugendbetreuer, Jugendleiter, Ausbilder und Lehrer.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend dieses TO THE POINT-Momentes teilte unsere Trainerin und Expertin Aleksandra einige wertvolle Werkzeuge, Methoden, Tipps und Tricks mit, die bei der Erleichterung von Online-Veranstaltungen f\u00fcr Jugendliche n\u00fctzlich sein k\u00f6nnten. Ihre kurze, 15-min\u00fctige Pr\u00e4sentation behandelte die absoluten Grundlagen der digitalen Moderation.
