Zusammen mit dem Regionales Zentrum zur Unterst\u00fctzung nichtstaatlicher Initiativen<\/a><\/span> aus Polen (Regionalne Centrum Wspierania Inicjatyw Pozarz\u0105dowych) f\u00fchren wir das Projekt \u201eSpezialisierte Wege der sozialen Inklusion\u201c durch, das Teil eines gr\u00f6\u00dferen Programms \u201eIch wandere nicht aus \u2013 hier arbeite\u201c ist, mit dem Menschen unterst\u00fctzt werden sollen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung oder Armut bedroht sind.<\/p>\n

Als DYPALL-Netzwerk wird es unsere Aufgabe sein, die polnischen Organisationen mit portugiesischen Experten zu verbinden. Es wird eine Gelegenheit f\u00fcr beide Seiten sein, neue Perspektiven, Instrumente und bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren zu erlernen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Konsortium innovative Instrumente entwickeln, die dazu beitragen, effektivere Unterst\u00fctzungspl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr Menschen in der Krise der Obdachlosigkeit und S\u00fcchtigen zu entwerfen.<\/p>\n

Neben dem Regionalen Zentrum zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Nichtregierungsorganisationen und dem DYPALL-Netzwerk sind an dem Projekt auch drei weitere polnische Organisationen beteiligt:

Das Projekt wird von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union im Rahmen des operationellen Programms Entwicklung der Wissensbildung, 4.
