Vom 25. November bis 17. Dezember 2020 f\u00fchrt das DYPALL-Netzwerk eine Online-Schulung \u201eFollow up! \u201eLevel up\u201c, eine Ma\u00dfnahme zum Kapazit\u00e4tsaufbau f\u00fcr Jugendbetreuerinnen und Jugendbetreuer zu der Frage, wie die lokale Wirkung und das lokale Engagement junger Menschen, die an europ\u00e4ischen und internationalen Mobilit\u00e4tsma\u00dfnahmen teilnehmen, durch wirksame Follow-up-Strategien sichergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. Gemeinsam analysieren wir die Barrieren, die junge Menschen davon abhalten, sich auf lokaler Ebene zu engagieren, und erarbeiten Strategien und L\u00f6sungen, wie sie \u00fcberwunden werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Schulung bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, \u00fcber die lokalen Auswirkungen von Lernmobilit\u00e4ten und \u00fcber effiziente Follow-up-Strategien und -Aktivit\u00e4ten zu diskutieren, auszutauschen und von unserem eigenen Fachwissen zu lernen.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Zwischen den Sitzungen auf Zoom werden die Teilnehmer auch in den Lernprozess auf HOP Plattform von SALTO<\/a>, das das Online-Lernen in den Programmen \u201eErasmus+ Youth in Action\u201c und \u201eEurop\u00e4isches Solidarit\u00e4tskorps\u201c f\u00f6rdert und auf fortgeschrittenen Versionen der Moodle-Software basiert.<\/div>\n
Wir nutzen es als Ort, um Materialien aus Online-Sessions zu speichern, zu vernetzen und den Lernprozess der Teilnehmer durch asynchrone Aufgaben zu vertiefen. \u00dcber die Plattform lernen die Teilnehmer den Design Thinking Prozess kennen und entwickeln eigene Nachfolgestrategien.\u00a0Die HOP-Plattform ist offen und kostenlos f\u00fcr alle Schulungen, die im Rahmen von Erasmus+ KA2 entwickelt wurden.<\/div>\n
