November 2020 veranstaltete der Europarat ein Seminar <em>K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz: Wie k\u00f6nnen Jugendliche teilnehmen?<\/em><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ziel des Seminars war es, folgende Fragen zu beantworten:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Was m\u00fcssen junge Menschen wissen, um sich als Teil der sozialen, technologischen und politischen Prozesse rund um KI zu f\u00fchlen?<\/li>\n<li>Was sollten die \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Akteure in der KI ber\u00fccksichtigen, um Beteiligungsr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr und von jungen Menschen, den Digital Natives, zu erm\u00f6glichen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00dcber 80 Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger, Vertreter des Jugendsektors, Experten f\u00fcr k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz, Forscher und vor allem junge Menschen diskutierten dar\u00fcber, wie die KI-Governance-Prozesse f\u00fcr die jungen Menschen ge\u00f6ffnet und ihre Stimme geh\u00f6rt werden kann. Das Seminar war eine Fortsetzung des Seminars 2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/youth\/artificial-intelligence\">K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und ihre Auswirkungen auf junge Menschen.<\/a><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Das Seminar fand online statt, wodurch mehr Teilnehmer aktiv teilnehmen konnten. Im Anschluss daran werden ein informativer Bericht und eine Jugenderkl\u00e4rung zur k\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz vorgelegt. Als sogenannte \u201eDigital Natives\u201c haben junge Menschen bereits in sehr jungen Jahren den ersten Kontakt mit k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz. Die meisten von ihnen wissen jedoch nicht, wie sie ihr Leben jetzt und in Zukunft beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen. In der Zwischenzeit konkurrieren f\u00fchrende IT-Unternehmen bei der Schaffung disruptiver KI-Innovationen, und die internationalen Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger versuchen aufzuholen und k\u00e4mpfen darum, neue Entwicklungen in die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu integrieren.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Junge Menschen sollten Teil dieser politischen Entscheidungsprozesse sein, da KI die Macht hat, ihre Zukunft zu gestalten. Um sich anzuschlie\u00dfen, ben\u00f6tigen sie eine angemessene Ausbildung in diesem Bereich, die Teil des formalen Bildungscurriculums sein sollte. Dies bedeutet, dass auch die formalen Erzieher mehr F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen in diesem Thema entwickeln m\u00fcssen. All dies sollte ein Anliegen nationaler und internationaler Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger, Institutionen und Jugendorganisationen sein.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Obwohl KI ein Thema ist, das im Jugendsektor unterrepr\u00e4sentiert ist, ist es f\u00fcr junge Menschen von h\u00f6chster Relevanz, und das DYPALL-Netzwerk wird in diesem Bereich weiterarbeiten.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Das Seminar wurde von Vanda Kovacs illustriert und einige ihrer Bilder f\u00fcgen wir unten bei.
