Oktober haben wir unsere 2 Wochen Online f\u00fcr Online Moderatoren (19.-30. Oktober) beendet. Ziel des Kurses war es, 29 Moderatoren und Trainer, die in den Partnerorganisationen des GamifyEU-Kooperationsprojekts t\u00e4tig sind, mit den notwendigen Kompetenzen auszustatten, um Online-Bildungsaktivit\u00e4ten mit jungen Menschen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer des Trainings hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nachzuvollziehen, welche Ver\u00e4nderungen bei den Schulungsma\u00dfnahmen aufgrund der COVID-19-Bedingung eingetreten sind;<\/li>\n<li>Erkundung und Erweiterung von Kompetenzen mit IKT-Instrumenten, die f\u00fcr die Erleichterung des Online-Lernens erforderlich sind;<\/li>\n<li>die Rolle der Ausbilder\/Moderatoren einzeln, als Team und als Online-Moderatoren zu reflektieren;<\/li>\n<li>Hinweise und Tipps zur Erleichterung des Online-Lernens auszutauschen;<\/li>\n<li>die neuen Instrumente und Kompetenzen in Simulationen zu \u00fcben, gefolgt von Feedback und Unterst\u00fctzung durch den Ausbilder (Minicoaching) und das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Bedeutung einer detaillierten Vorbereitung und Standardisierung zu sch\u00e4rfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Aktivit\u00e4t wurde von DYPALL Network und YEU International im Rahmen des europ\u00e4ischen Kooperationsprojekts YES!
