Die Nutzung digitaler Innovationen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen auf lokaler Ebene wurde vom DYPALL-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit der Jugendabteilung des Europarats vom 27. September bis 3. Oktober 2020 im Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendzentrum in Stra\u00dfburg (Frankreich) organisiert. Die Aktivit\u00e4t brachte 19 Jugendarbeiter aus 10 Mitgliedstaaten zusammen und war die erste Wohnaktivit\u00e4t im Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendzentrum in Stra\u00dfburg seit Beginn der Pandemie.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel der Studiensitzung war es, ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis der digitalen Teilhabe junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene zu schaffen und bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren vor Ort auszutauschen, um ihre Umsetzung zu f\u00f6rdern. Es diente als Forum, um die Herausforderungen und Chancen der digitalen Teilhabe junger Menschen zu hinterfragen und die Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Jugendorganisationen zu bewerten, die dazu beitragen k\u00f6nnen, eine erfolgreiche und sinnvolle Umsetzung digitaler Teilhabeprozesse zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Zu Beginn der Sitzung haben die Teilnehmer ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr entwickelt, was eine digitale Beteiligung junger Menschen ist, und diese digitale Dimension in die anerkannten Standards des Europarats f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen wie die Teilnahmeleiter, das RMSOS-Modell oder die \u00fcberarbeitete Europ\u00e4ische Charta f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen am lokalen und regionalen Leben \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p>Danach lernten sie die Fallstudien zur digitalen Teilhabe junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen kennen und kartierten lokale Praktiken in ihren L\u00e4ndern. Sie analysierten die St\u00e4rken, Schw\u00e4chen, Chancen und Bedrohungen der digitalen Teilhabe junger Menschen und er\u00f6rterten, wie sie digitale L\u00f6sungen in die Entscheidungsprozesse auf lokaler Ebene \u00fcbertragen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Programm der Aktivit\u00e4t wurde durch wichtige Beitr\u00e4ge externer Experten zu Cybersicherheit, digitaler Jugendarbeit, dem Bildungsprogramm des Europarates f\u00fcr digitale B\u00fcrgerschaft und den M\u00f6glichkeiten der Europ\u00e4ischen Jugendstiftung bereichert.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende der Aktivit\u00e4t hatten die Teilnehmer Zeit, ihre lokalen Aktionspl\u00e4ne zu planen und vorzustellen, um die digitale Jugendbeteiligung in die Entscheidungsprozesse in ihren lokalen Realit\u00e4ten umzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p><a
