September in Portim\u00e3o (Portugal) stattfand.<\/p>\n<p>Das Konsortium versammelte Organisationen aus Norwegen, Litauen, Portugal, Slowenien und Polen, die sich mit der Theorie der Dienstleistungsgestaltung befassten, um das Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr zu verbessern, wie sich die Jugendarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Anbietern von Jugenddiensten bewegt, und um verschiedene entscheidende Bruchpunkte zu ermitteln, an denen junge Menschen in prek\u00e4ren Situationen mit begrenzter oder fehlender Unterst\u00fctzung des Wohlfahrtssystems zur\u00fcckbleiben.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Projekts wird untersucht, wie professionelle Jugendarbeit und nicht-formale Bildung Dienste und Jugendliche bei der Entwicklung von L\u00f6sungen zur St\u00e4rkung dieser Bruchpunkte unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen. Die Partner werden junge Menschen zwischen 15 und 25 Jahren unter Verwendung verf\u00fcgbarer Daten und Methoden zur Dienstleistungsgestaltung kartieren, um ein besseres und ganzheitlicheres Verst\u00e4ndnis des Pfades f\u00fcr junge Menschen in diesem Alter zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Jugendbetreuer, Moderatoren, Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und andere Dienstleister werden in Dienstleistungsdesign, nicht formalem Jugendansatz, Partizipationstheorie und sektor\u00fcbergreifender Zusammenarbeit geschult, um R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr die Ko-Kreation zwischen Jugendlichen und denjenigen zu schaffen, die Jugenddienste f\u00fcr Jugendliche anbieten.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Projekts wird es zwei Schulungen geben, die erste \u201eFocus on Service design, co-creation\u201c wird vom 4. bis 11. November 2019 im Ausbildungszentrum Daugirdiskes (Litauen) stattfinden und die zweite Schulung \u201eFocus on cross-sectorial cooperation\u201c wird vom 2. bis 9.
