{"id":3752,"date":"2019-06-14T13:57:23","date_gmt":"2019-06-14T11:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=3752"},"modified":"2019-06-14T13:57:23","modified_gmt":"2019-06-14T11:57:23","slug":"conferenceyouth-participation-matters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/activity\/conferenceyouth-participation-matters\/","title":{"rendered":"Konferenz \u201eJugendbeteiligung z\u00e4hlt\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Konferenz zum Thema \u201eJugendbeteiligung\u201c fand am 11.<sup>th<\/sup> Juni 2019 im Jugendzentrum Lissabon, Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>An der Konferenz nahmen Jugendbetreuerinnen und -betreuer aus Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft und Kommunen sowie Vertreterinnen und Vertreter lokaler Jugendr\u00e4te und anderer relevanter Interessentr\u00e4ger teil, um Praktiken der Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen f\u00fcr die demokratische Entwicklung der europ\u00e4ischen Gesellschaft zu er\u00f6rtern.<\/p>\n<p>Die zentrale Veranstaltung der Konferenz war die Pr\u00e4sentation der Studie, die von jeder Partnerorganisation auf nationaler Ebene durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, gefolgt von Debatten \u00fcber die vorgestellten Modelle und Beispiele.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Vormittags bestand der Schwerpunkt der Konferenz darin, Praktiken der Mechanismen und Strukturen der Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen in der lokalen Governance auszutauschen, wobei die folgenden Praktiken gemeinsam genutzt wurden: Ausschuss f\u00fcr den B\u00fcrgerdialog, von Piotr Krzystek (Polen), Forum dei Giovani di Angri, von Enrico Elefante (Italien), Jugendengagement und strukturierter Dialog auf lokaler Ebene, von Alessio Lupi (Belgien) und Entwicklung der lokalen Jugendpolitik in 12 Gemeinden, von Florim Rexhepi (Nordmazedonien).<\/p>\n<p>Das Nachmittagsprogramm konzentrierte sich auch auf den Austausch von Praktiken zu Bildungsprojekten, Initiativen und Instrumenten, die junge Menschen auf die Teilnahme am politischen Leben auf lokaler Ebene vorbereiten, wobei jede Partnerorganisation den Raum hatte, ihre Erfahrungen und Schlussfolgerungen auszutauschen, wobei diese Praktiken der YouthKrakHack waren, pr\u00e4sentiert von Barbara Mos und Damian Szwed (Polen), das Go Deep-Projekt, von Roberto Rossetto (Italien), Map4Youth, von Daniele Codato (Belgien), der #IzboriSe \u2013 eine Kampagne von Florim Rexhepi (Nordmazedonien) und das Projekt MyPolis, vorgestellt von Maria Pignatelli (Portugal).<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Demonstration des Ergebnisses der Bestandsaufnahme und den anschlie\u00dfenden Diskussionen fand ein Runder Tisch zum Thema \u201eInnovation im Erleben von Demokratie\u201c statt, in dem \u00fcber die Hindernisse und Chancen gesprochen wurde, die neue Kommunikationsmittel, Technologien und die Art und Weise, wie sich die Beteiligung junger Menschen im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum sichtbar macht, mit sich brachten.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Konferenz war die letzte Aktivit\u00e4t des langfristigen Projekts \u201eBeteiligung der Jugend\u201c, das vom DYPALL-Netzwerk und seinen Partnern ARS for Progress of People (Belgien), CID (Nordmazedonien), Europe4Youth (Polen) und FRG Campania (Italien) mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Jugendzentrums von Lissabon im Rahmen von Erasmus + Leitaktion 2 organisiert wurde. Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Innovation und Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren, verwaltet von der portugiesischen Nationalen Agentur.<\/p>\n<p>Am 12. Juni fand ein Partnertreffen \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten Schritte der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung der im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelten Studie statt.
