April fand in Skopje, Nordmazedonien, der Schulungskurs \u201eEntwicklung partizipativer Projekte\u201c statt, der von unserem Partnerzentrum f\u00fcr interkulturellen Dialog (CID) ausgerichtet wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schulung brachte Jugendbetreuer und Gemeindevertreter aus Belgien, Italien, Nordmazedonien, Portugal und Polen zusammen und bot Raum, um die Kompetenzen f\u00fcr eine sinnvolle Beteiligung im Hinblick auf die Erforschung neuer Instrumente und Methoden zur F\u00f6rderung der Beteiligung junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen in ihren lokalen Gemeinschaften zu erweitern, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Zusammenarbeit mit Beh\u00f6rden.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Schulung wurden Themen wie die Rolle von Jugendaktivisten bei der Demokratieentwicklung und dem Aufbau von Gemeinschaften behandelt, um ein Verst\u00e4ndnis zwischen den Rollen der einzelnen Teilnehmer in ihrem lokalen Gemeinschaftsleben zu schaffen. Eine der Priorit\u00e4ten dieser Schulung bestand darin, gemeinsame Wege zu finden, um in Fragen, die Konsultation und B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung erfordern, Verst\u00e4ndnis zu entwickeln und einen Konsens zu erzielen.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Sinne wurde das Ziel der Schulung festgelegt, den Teilnehmern die F\u00e4higkeit zu geben, mit den w\u00e4hrend der Schulung erhaltenen Informationen zu arbeiten sowie auf lokaler Ebene zu kommunizieren und zu verhandeln.
