{"id":3595,"date":"2019-04-17T13:06:10","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T11:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=3595"},"modified":"2019-04-17T13:06:10","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T11:06:10","slug":"welcomeship-youth-exchange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/activity\/welcomeship-youth-exchange\/","title":{"rendered":"BEGR\u00dcSSE Jugendaustausch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DYPALL Network ist Partner des Welcomeship-Projekts, das f\u00fcr den Aufbau inklusiver Gemeinschaften durch gemeinschaftsbasiertes Unternehmertum steht und von YEPP Europe koordiniert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das \u00fcbergeordnete Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Erprobung des \u201eWelcomeship\u201c-Modells \u2013 eines Modells f\u00fcr unternehmerisches Lernen f\u00fcr junge Menschen mit geringeren Chancen, einschlie\u00dflich junger Migranten und Amps, Fl\u00fcchtlinge und lokaler Jugendlicher. Das \u201eWillkommensmodell\u201c basiert auf nichtformalen Lernmethoden und kollaborativer Praxis. Es st\u00e4rkt das Zusammenwirken von Einheimischen und Neuank\u00f6mmlingen, adressiert die \u00c4ngste und Vorurteile und f\u00f6rdert den Gemeinschaftsgeist als \u00fcbergeordnetes Ziel. Lokale Jugendliche und junge Migranten entwickeln unternehmerische Ideen, die sich mit Fragen der Gemeinschaft befassen und Partnerschaften mit Interessentr\u00e4gern aufbauen, um positive Ver\u00e4nderungen in den lokalen Gemeinschaften herbeizuf\u00fchren. Diese Zusammenarbeit soll zu Offenheit, Toleranz und einer Atmosph\u00e4re des Miteinanders in der Gemeinschaft f\u00fchren. Letztlich zielt das \u201eWillkommensmodell\u201c darauf ab, ein Instrument f\u00fcr inklusive Gemeinschaften zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zwischen 5<sup>th<\/sup> und 11<sup>th<\/sup> Im April fand in Albenga, Italien, ein Jugendaustausch statt, bei dem alle Partner Vertreter der lokalen Schulungen hatten. Nach der Kartierung der verschiedenen Hintergr\u00fcnde waren 30 L\u00e4nder und 5 Kontinente in dieser Aktivit\u00e4t vertreten. An dieser Aktivit\u00e4t nahmen 4 junge Menschen aus jedem Partner sowie ein Trainer teil, der die M\u00f6glichkeit hatte, seine Erfahrungen und Erfolge auf lokaler Ebene auszutauschen und seine eigenen Projekte zu verbessern. W\u00e4hrend der Woche ging die Gruppe durch verschiedene Themen wie Ideenentwicklung, Stakeholder-Mapping, Business Model Canvas und Prototyping am Strand.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, ein wenig mehr \u00fcber die lokale Realit\u00e4t und andere L\u00e4nder zu erfahren.\u201c Es gab auch Zeit, eine Shark Tank Show zu simulieren, bei der die Teilnehmer ihre Ideen vor dem B\u00fcrgermeister von Albenga, lokalen Unternehmern, NGO-Vertretern und Journalisten pr\u00e4sentierten.
