\u201eYoung Migrant Voices: ein Schulungskurs zur F\u00f6rderung der Beteiligung junger Migranten an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene\u201c<\/b> fand vom 9. bis 15. Dezember 2018 in Lissabon (Portugal) statt. Es brachte Jugendarbeiter aus sieben verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern (Deutschland, Schweden, Vereinigtes K\u00f6nigreich, T\u00fcrkei, Italien, Slowenien und Litauen) zusammen, um die Bedeutung und die Herausforderungen der Beteiligung junger Migranten und Jugendlicher mit Migrationshintergrund auf lokaler Ebene zu untersuchen.<\/span><\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Schulung hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, Realit\u00e4ten und bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren in Bezug auf die Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen Beh\u00f6rden und Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft auszutauschen und zu f\u00f6rdern, um junge Migranten in Entscheidungsprozesse einzubeziehen; ihre F\u00e4higkeiten zu verbessern, wie junge Migranten und Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund motiviert und aktiv in die Verbesserung der Gemeinschaften, in denen sie leben, einbezogen werden k\u00f6nnen; wie die Einbeziehung aller Interessentr\u00e4ger in den Prozess der Integration junger Migranten in Entscheidungsprozesse verst\u00e4rkt werden kann und wie die Integration junger Migranten unterst\u00fctzt und unter ihnen ein Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl in ihren Aufnahmegemeinschaften entwickelt werden kann.<\/span><\/p>\n

Im Rahmen des Programms besuchten die Teilnehmer CRESCER, eine Organisation, die sich f\u00fcr die Integration von Einwanderern einsetzt. Sie hatten Gelegenheit, mehr \u00fcber das Projekt \u201e\u00c9 Uma Vida\u201c zu erfahren, das L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr den Wohnungsbedarf von Einwanderern schafft, und \u00fcber das andere Projekt \u201eMarhaba\u201c, das den Einwanderern die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, ihre Kultur mit den Menschen vor Ort zu teilen, indem sie ihnen Lebensmittel zubereiten. Au\u00dferdem besuchten die Teilnehmer das Jugendzentrum der Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Mais Cidadania (AMC), einer Organisation, in der Migrantenkinder mit einheimischen Kindern zusammenkommen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus besuchte der Vertreter von \u201eCRETCHEU\u201c die Teilnehmer und informierte \u00fcber ihre Arbeiten zur Integration von Einwanderern aus Kap Verde.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dies war die dritte Ausgabe des Schulungskurses \u201eYoung migrant voices\u201c, der vom DYPALL Network in Zusammenarbeit mit dem African Empowerment Center (Schweden) mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Programms Erasmus+ organisiert wurde.<\/span><\/p>\n
