Oktober bis 4. November in Fund\u00e3o und Lissabon (Portugal) statt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Schulungskurs wurde f\u00fcr Gemeindebeamte, Jugendarbeiter und Mitglieder von Jugendr\u00e4ten oder anderen Beteiligungsmechanismen innerhalb der Gemeinde (lokale Governance) konzipiert. An der Schulung nahmen 23 Teilnehmer aus D\u00e4nemark, Portugal, Italien, Mazedonien, Polen, Slowenien, der Slowakei, Litauen und Ungarn teil, um den Stand der Jugendbeteiligung in Europa in Bezug auf Strukturen, Instrumente und Mechanismen der Beteiligung junger Menschen zu untersuchen. Der Fachausschuss brachte auch Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen dar\u00fcber ein, wie ein nachhaltiges und inklusives Engagement junger Menschen in Entscheidungsprozessen unter Einbeziehung verschiedener Interessentr\u00e4ger entwickelt werden kann. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Fachausschuss \u201eJugend ergreift das Wort\u201c, dessen \u00fcbergeordnetes Ziel es ist, Strukturen und Instrumente f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen zu entwickeln, die es jungen Menschen erm\u00f6glichen, sich als aktive Akteure an der Gestaltung von L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen in ihren lokalen Gemeinschaften zu beteiligen, und die es gleichzeitig den lokalen und regionalen Gebietsk\u00f6rperschaften erm\u00f6glichen, den Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Interessen junger Menschen besser Rechnung zu tragen. Bis zum Ende des TC k\u00f6nnten die Teilnehmer lokale Aktionspl\u00e4ne und Strategien entwickeln, um die Jugendbeteiligung in ihren verschiedenen Kontexten und Gemeinschaften zu st\u00e4rken, sowie gr\u00fcndliche Kenntnisse dar\u00fcber, wie Strukturen f\u00fcr die Jugendbeteiligung auf nachhaltige Weise geschaffen und betrieben werden k\u00f6nnen. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend des Trainings hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Gemeinde Fund\u00e3o zu besuchen und nahmen an interessanten Diskussionen dar\u00fcber teil, wie ein idealer lokaler Jugendrat aussieht. Sie besuchten auch Cascais \u2013 Europ\u00e4ische Jugendhauptstadt und die Abteilung f\u00fcr B\u00fcrgerschaft und Partizipation und erfuhren von beeindruckenden Praktiken der Partizipation junger Menschen an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene, wie z.
