DYPALL ist stolzer Partner von Welcomeship, einem Projekt, das darauf abzielt, die Kluft zwischen jungen Migranten und jungen Menschen vor Ort durch gemeindebasiertes Unternehmertum zu \u00fcberbr\u00fccken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zwischen den 24<\/span>th<\/span> und 30<\/span>th<\/span> Im Oktober nahm DYPALL an dem Welcomeship-Projekt teil, das von YEPP EUROPA in Stockholm organisiert wurde. In dieser Woche fand eine Schulung von Ausbildern statt, an der Partner aus sechs L\u00e4ndern wie Portugal, Schweden, Finnland, dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich, Italien und Deutschland teilnahmen. Die Schulung fand in verschiedenen Jugendh\u00e4usern statt und zielte darauf ab, Jugendbetreuer und Jugendcoaches von Partnerorganisationen auszubilden und zu bef\u00e4higen, Ausbilder des Welcomeship Course zu werden, indem sie ihnen beigebracht wurden, die Schl\u00fcsselthemen auf nicht formale, partizipative und innovative Weise zu vermitteln und so das Verst\u00e4ndnis und Engagement der jungen Menschen zu erleichtern.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dieses Projekt wird mehrere intellektuelle Ergebnisse schaffen, von denen einer der Leitfaden ist, der als Instrument zur Erleichterung der lokalen Ausbildung verwendet wird. Es wird auch ein YouTube-Kanal eingerichtet, auf dem die Menschen die verschiedenen Tutorials zu den f\u00fcnf Modulen des Leitfadens verfolgen k\u00f6nnen: \u201eOpening Minds & Doors\u201c, \u201eEntrepreneurship & Community\u201c, \u201eIdea Development\u201c, \u201eThe Market: From Idea to Business\u201c und \u201eLaunching & Scaling\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die lokale Ausbildung findet zwischen Dezember und Januar in Portim\u00e3o statt und versammelt junge Menschen aus der Stadt, insbesondere Migranten oder Migranten mit Migrationshintergrund. F\u00fcnf Welcomeship-N\u00e4chte, Veranstaltungen mit unterschiedlichen Formaten, bei denen die Community zusammenkommen und ihre Projekte und Bed\u00fcrfnisse teilen kann, werden parallel zur lokalen Schulung organisiert.<\/span><\/p>\n
