{"id":2852,"date":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","slug":"e-participation-at-a-glance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/activity\/e-participation-at-a-glance\/","title":{"rendered":"E-Partizipation auf einen Blick"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DYPALL Network nahm an der Schulung \u201eE<em>-Teilnahme auf einen Blick<\/em>\u201eorganisiert von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europe4youth.eu\/\">Europe4Youth<\/a>\u00a0in Krakau, von 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0&#8211; 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Februar 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem internationalen Schulungskurs kamen Jugendliche und Jugendbetreuer aus Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft zusammen, um bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren auszutauschen und die Kompetenzen im Zusammenhang mit der Online-Beteiligung junger Menschen an sozialen und politischen Entscheidungsprozessen zu verbessern. Sie z\u00e4hlte 25 Teilnehmer aus Polen, Portugal, Italien, der Slowakei, Estland, Griechenland und Mazedonien.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Schulung nahmen die Teilnehmer an verschiedenen Gruppenreflexionen teil, um die Terminologie der E-Demokratie besser zu verstehen und die bereits bestehenden Online-Mechanismen zur F\u00f6rderung der Beteiligung junger Menschen zu analysieren. Auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse dieser ersten Analyse und unter besonderer Ber\u00fccksichtigung der wichtigsten Herausforderungen f\u00fcr die e-Partizipation junger Menschen wurden die Teilnehmer in einem zweiten Moment der Schulung aufgefordert, ihr eigenes Projekt f\u00fcr e-Tools zu konzipieren und zu testen, die m\u00f6glicherweise im Rahmen der e-Demokratie implementiert werden sollen. Dieser zweite Moment implizierte Feldforschung bei der lokalen Jugend, so dass die neu entwickelten Werkzeuge von der jeweiligen Zielgruppe getestet und bewertet werden konnten, die in der <a href=\"http:\/\/cokrakow.pl\/\"><em>Centrum Obywatelskie<\/em><\/a> (B\u00fcrgerzentrum). Im Rahmen des Programms gab es auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, mit den von der lokalen \u00f6ffentlichen Stelle entwickelten Arbeiten in Kontakt zu treten. <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogspoleczny.krakow.pl\/\"><em>Miejskie Centrum Dialogu<\/em><\/a> der Gemeinde Krakau.
