Von den 4th<\/sup> Zu den 8th<\/sup> vom Dezember 2017 war das DYPALL-Netzwerk in Buenos Aires (Argentinien) f\u00fcr das Seminar \u201eRetos de la participaci\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica y Caribe<\/em>\u201e\u201c (Herausforderungen der Beteiligung in Lateinamerika und der Karibik), organisiert im Rahmen des Projekts Erasmus + KA 2 \u201eAYNI: Kapazit\u00e4ten von global bis lokal aufbauen und niemanden zur\u00fccklassen<\/em>\u201c, umgesetzt vom spanischen Nationalen Jugendrat (CJE) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem portugiesischen Nationalen Jugendrat (CNJ), dem Foro Latinoamericano und Caribe\u00f1o de Juventudes<\/em> (FLACJ), die MIRIM Brasil, die Ferienwohnungen in der N\u00e4he von Promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o y del Adolescente<\/em> (APDENA \u2013 Argentinien), Cauce Ciudadano<\/em> (M\u00e9xico) und die Grupo G\u00e9nesis Panam\u00e1 Positivo<\/em> (Panam\u00e1).<\/p>\n

Im Anschluss an die erste Sitzung im September 2017 in Mollina (Spanien) ist dieses Seminar Teil der Vorbereitungsarbeiten f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung eines E-Learning-Schulungskurses zum Thema politische Interessenvertretung, der im Januar\/Februar 2018 stattfinden soll. Es z\u00e4hlte insgesamt 30 Teilnehmer, Jugendbetreuerinnen und Jugendbetreuer aus den jeweiligen beteiligten L\u00e4ndern, und es war der letzte Moment f\u00fcr die vertretenen Interessentr\u00e4ger, vor der Durchf\u00fchrung des E-Learning-Programms Ideen zu reflektieren und auszutauschen.<\/p>\n

Das Programm beinhaltete einen ersten Vortragsmoment, der von Carlos Cruz (Cauce Ciudadano<\/em>), zu den Konzepten und Modellen der Beteiligung junger Menschen in den Regionen Lateinamerikas und der Karibik in Verbindung mit Feldaktionen wie dem Besuch der Hotels in der N\u00e4he von Madres Plaza de Mayo<\/em>, in dem die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit hatten, direkt mit einigen Themen der sozialen Realit\u00e4t der Jugend in Argentinien in Kontakt zu treten.<\/p>\n

In einem zweiten Moment hatten die Interessentr\u00e4ger Zeit, sich \u00fcber die Entwicklungen in Bezug auf die vier f\u00fcr den Online-Schulungskurs vorgesehenen Module auszutauschen und Perspektiven und Erwartungen in Bezug auf die Inhalte und Ergebnisse auszutauschen. Das Projekt wird bis Mitte 2018 mit einem Job Shadowing <\/em>Sitzungskalender nach dem E-Leanring-Schulungskurs in Madrid (Spanien) und Abschluss- und Bewertungssitzung im Juni 2018 in Panama.<\/p>\n
