\u201eYoung Migrant Voices: Vom 3. bis 9. Dezember 2017 fand in Lissabon (Portugal) ein Schulungskurs zur F\u00f6rderung der Beteiligung junger Migranten an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene statt. Es brachte 30 Jugendarbeiter aus zehn verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern (Deutschland, Niederlande, T\u00fcrkei, Mazedonien, Finnland, Malta, Rum\u00e4nien, Italien, Slowakei und Portugal) zusammen, um die Bedeutung und die Herausforderungen der Beteiligung junger Migranten und Jugendlicher mit Migrationshintergrund auf lokaler Ebene zu untersuchen.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Schulung hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, Realit\u00e4ten und bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren in Bezug auf die Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen Beh\u00f6rden und Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft auszutauschen und zu f\u00f6rdern, um junge Migranten in Entscheidungsprozesse einzubeziehen; ihre F\u00e4higkeiten zu verbessern, wie junge Migranten und Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund motiviert und aktiv in die Verbesserung der Gemeinschaften, in denen sie leben, einbezogen werden k\u00f6nnen; wie die Einbeziehung aller Interessentr\u00e4ger in den Prozess der Integration junger Migranten in Entscheidungsprozesse verst\u00e4rkt werden kann und wie die Integration junger Migranten unterst\u00fctzt und unter ihnen ein Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl in ihren Aufnahmegemeinschaften entwickelt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Im Rahmen des Schulungsprogramms besuchten wir\u00a0Hoher Kommissar f\u00fcr Migration<\/a><\/span>\u00a0sowie zwei Projekte innerhalb \u201eChoices\u201c-Programm\u00a0<\/a><\/span>, ein staatliches Programm zur F\u00f6rderung der sozialen Inklusion schutzbed\u00fcrftiger junger Menschen in den Stadtvierteln Apela\u00e7\u00e3o und Quinta do Mocho in Lissabon.<\/p>\n

Eine Sitzung der Schulung, die in die \u201eOffene Woche\u201c im Jugendzentrum von Lissabon integriert war, in der die Schulung stattfand, war der Rundtisch \u201eZusammenarbeit f\u00fcr eine inklusive Beteiligung junger Menschen\u201c, an dem die Teilnehmer der Schulung zusammen mit lokalen Jugendaktivisten und Teilnehmern des von Youth Coop organisierten Bootcamps f\u00fcr Freiwilligenarbeit teilnahmen.\u00a0 Die Gastredner Luisa Magnano (Choices-Programm), Cristina Silva (Leiterin der Jugendabteilung der Gemeinde Almada), Ana Morgado (Jugendbesch\u00e4ftigte), Nuno Loureiro (Potuguese National Youth Council) und Ludgero Teixeira stellten ihre Arbeit vor, in der sie \u00fcber die Inklusion junger Migranten und junger Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund und die Bedeutung ihrer aktiven Beteiligung f\u00fcr die Schaffung eines Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchls zur Gemeinschaft und damit den Aufbau einer starken und inklusiven demokratischen Gesellschaft nachdachten.<\/p>\n

Dies war die zweite Ausgabe des Schulungskurses \u201eYoung migrant voices\u201c, der vom DYPALL Network in Partnerschaft mit Migrafrica mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Programms Erasmus+ organisiert wurde.<\/p>\n
