{"id":2648,"date":"2017-09-20T17:03:41","date_gmt":"2017-09-20T15:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2648"},"modified":"2017-09-20T17:03:41","modified_gmt":"2017-09-20T15:03:41","slug":"seed-social-entrepreneurship-and-educational-practices-for-young-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/de\/activity\/seed-social-entrepreneurship-and-educational-practices-for-young-people\/","title":{"rendered":"SE+ED: Social Entrepreneurship und Bildungspraktiken f\u00fcr junge Menschen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auf der 11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Im September fand im Auditorium des Museu de Portim\u00e3o das DYPALL-Netzwerk statt, das mit der Gemeinde Portim\u00e3o und der Genossenschaft ECOS zusammenarbeitete.\u00a0<strong>Internationale Konferenz \u201eSE+ED \u2013 Social Entrepreneurship and Educational Practices for Young People\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesem Treffen hatten die Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich \u00fcber die Bedeutung des sozialen Unternehmertums in der modernen Wirtschaft und seine besondere Relevanz in der Post-Krisen-Wirtschaft zu informieren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde diese Konferenz als Plattform genutzt, um die Perspektiven des sozialen Unternehmertums in verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern zu teilen. Es wurde die Entwicklungsperspektive und die Herausforderungen, denen sich diese Form des Unternehmertums durch die betroffenen Stakeholder gegen\u00fcbersieht, diskutiert und analysiert. Wir haben uns mit den Fragen der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem traditionellen Unternehmenssektor und dem wachsenden Start-up-Sektor befasst und wie diese Verbindung verbessert werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Konferenz war die letzte Aktivit\u00e4t eines einj\u00e4hrigen Projekts mit dem gleichen Namen: <strong>SE+ED \u2013 Soziales Unternehmertum und Bildungspraktiken f\u00fcr junge Menschen, <\/strong>unterst\u00fctzt durch die <strong>Programm Erasmus+<\/strong>, mit dem das Ziel verfolgt wurde, eine methodische und schulische Ausbildung zum Thema soziales Unternehmertum anzubieten. 25 junge Menschen aus Griechenland, Polen, \u00d6sterreich und Portugal profitierten von diesen Aktivit\u00e4ten auf der Grundlage von Austausch- und nichtformalen Lernmethoden.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Projekt f\u00fchrten die Teilnehmer eine intensive Schulung durch erfahrene Stimmen auf diesem Gebiet durch und hatten ein Forum, in dem sie ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen, die sie aus ihren L\u00e4ndern mitbrachten, teilten. Die Aktivit\u00e4ten und Programme wurden f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Verwendung auf der Website des Projekts hochgeladen (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/\">https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/<\/a><\/span>). W\u00e4hrend der gesamten Konferenz lag der Schwerpunkt auf der Schaffung einer Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re mit starkem Gemeinschaftsgef\u00fchl und internationalem Geist.\u00a0 Die Konferenz wurde mit einer angemessenen Bewertung abgeschlossen, die uns einen Weg zur Verbesserung f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Projekte dieser Art geben kann.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Veranstaltung brachte Sozialunternehmer, akademische Experten und Studenten aus Portugal, Polen, \u00d6sterreich und Griechenland zusammen und erm\u00f6glichte es ihnen, verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten zu erkunden, wie soziales Unternehmertum unter jungen Menschen auf Gemeinschaftsebene sowie auf nationaler Ebene gef\u00f6rdert werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse des Projekts, die auf der Konferenz hervorgehoben wurden, waren der Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren, aber auch Empfehlungen, die es den Kommunen erm\u00f6glichen w\u00fcrden, das soziale Unternehmertum genauer zu betrachten und so insbesondere die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger und junge Menschen besser zu unterst\u00fctzen, ihre eigenen Initiativen zu starten und aktiver an der Suche nach L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr ihre Gemeinschaften zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Aktivit\u00e4ten des Projekts wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Universit\u00e4t Mazedonien aus Griechenland, Gain and Sustain aus \u00d6sterreich, Uniwersytet Rzeszowski aus Polen, ECOS aus Portugal und dem MBM Center for Training and Development aus Gro\u00dfbritannien entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2649\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20170911_122500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4160\" height=\"2340\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 11.
