Dieser Besuch war die erste Durchf\u00fchrungsphase des Projekts \u201eBeteiligung junger Menschen in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten\u201c (YP Rural), dessen Hauptziel darin besteht, die spezifischen Herausforderungen f\u00fcr die Beteiligung junger Menschen in l\u00e4ndlichen und geografisch abgelegenen Gebieten zu verstehen und Verfahren zur Einbeziehung junger Menschen in ihre Gemeinschaften auszutauschen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Besuch fand vom 9.<sup>th<\/sup> bis 12<sup>th<\/sup> Oktober 2017 und brachten 18 Teilnehmer aus Lettland, Mazedonien, Italien und Portugal nach Egedal. Es waren intensive Arbeitstage, an denen die Realit\u00e4ten der teilnehmenden L\u00e4nder geteilt wurden, sowie ein Programm namens Musikstarter, das lokale Musiker unterst\u00fctzen soll. Dieses Programm besteht aus Musikcamps, in denen die Jugendlichen neben einer Geb\u00fchr zur Deckung einiger Logistikkosten ihre F\u00e4higkeiten bei teilnehmenden K\u00fcnstlern entwickeln und \u00fcben k\u00f6nnen. Es wurde in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Jugendschulen, Veranstaltungsorten, Musikschulen und Grundschulen entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Besuch erm\u00f6glichte es den Teilnehmern auch, direkt mit jungen Menschen zu sprechen, die ihre eigenen Projekte nicht nur im Zusammenhang mit Musik, sondern auch mit Advocacy-Botschaften zur Verhinderung von Mobbing leiten. \u00a0Um einen Rahmen f\u00fcr diese guten Beispiele zu schaffen, gab es auch eine detaillierte Pr\u00e4sentation \u00fcber die Jugendpolitik von Egedal und die Prozesse, mit denen diese Demografie in ihre Ausarbeitung einbezogen wurde. Diese Pr\u00e4sentation inspirierte die Teilnehmer besser und erm\u00f6glichte es ihnen, eine Bestandsaufnahme der Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Herausforderungen der Beteiligung junger Menschen an der Entscheidungsfindung in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten in ihrem eigenen Kontext vorzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gab auch die Gelegenheit, eines der 10 Jugendh\u00e4user von Egedal zu besuchen, das sich speziell auf kreative Aktivit\u00e4ten konzentrierte. Insbesondere zum Thema der Sicherstellung der Beteiligung l\u00e4ndlicher Jugendlicher an Entscheidungsprozessen auf lokaler Ebene gab es die Gelegenheit, mehr \u00fcber die Rolle ausgestatteter und kapazitiver Jugendh\u00e4user in D\u00e4nemark zu erfahren, die seit den 1940er Jahren die Jugend bei der Entwicklung von F\u00e4higkeiten unterst\u00fctzen und in letzter Zeit jugendorientierte Projekte f\u00f6rdern und bei der Entwicklung ihrer F\u00e4higkeiten unterst\u00fctzen. Dies sind solide Beispiele f\u00fcr gemeinschaftliches Engagement und Partizipation sowie Strukturen, die dazu beitragen, soziale und wirtschaftliche Ausgrenzung und daraus resultierende und damit verbundene Probleme zu verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>Dies war der erste von vier Studienaufenthalten, die DYPALL organisiert, um die Realit\u00e4ten der Jugendarbeit direkt vor Ort kennenzulernen.
