Im Geiste des Austauschs inspirierender Aktionen erkl\u00e4rt Sofia Martins von ECOS Cooperative (eine Organisation f\u00fcr Bildung und Entwicklung mit Sitz in Portugal, die auch Mitglied des DYPALL-Netzwerks ist), was zur Schaffung eines internationalen Projekts gef\u00fchrt hat, das darauf abzielt, junge Frauen in der politischen Arena zu st\u00e4rken:<\/p>\n

\"\"Die Trends der letzten Jahrzehnte verdeutlichen eine akzentuierte Krise der politischen Repr\u00e4sentation, insbesondere bei Jugendlichen, die es vorziehen, sich in selektivere und autonomere Formen der Partizipation einzubringen. W\u00e4hrend die politischen Rechte von Frauen in den Gesetzen der meisten L\u00e4nder verankert sind, werden sie in der Praxis nicht angewandt, und Frauen sind in politischen Entscheidungsprozessen, in \u00f6ffentlichen \u00c4mtern und im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst nach wie vor unterrepr\u00e4sentiert.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Das Projekt \u201ePatHERways: Schaffung von Wegen f\u00fcr die politische Teilhabe junger Frauen\u201c<\/strong>, koordiniert von ECOS Cooperative, ist einem internationalen Konsortium von Partnern aus Portugal, Frankreich, dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich, Mosambik, Kap Verde, Osttimor und Peru beigetreten, das darauf abzielt, die Kompetenzen von Jugendarbeitern, Jugendausbildern und P\u00e4dagogen zu entwickeln, um junge Frauen effizient in das politische Leben in ihren Organisationen, Netzwerken und Gemeinschaften einzubinden, und ist der Ansicht, dass der Wandel in fr\u00fcheren Phasen erfolgen muss, und daher ist es notwendig, aktive B\u00fcrgerschaft und Partizipation seit jungen Jahren zu f\u00f6rdern und zu st\u00e4rken, indem junge Frauen erzogen und daf\u00fcr eingetreten werden, ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Errungenschaften in soziale und politische Errungenschaften umzuwandeln.<\/em><\/p>\n

Das internationale Konsortium von Partnern versteht, dass dies eine globale Situation ist, die sowohl in entstehenden als auch in etablierteren Demokratien angegangen werden muss, da unterschiedliche Realit\u00e4ten \u00fcber Experimente bestehen, die im Hinblick auf legislative Ma\u00dfnahmen mit unterschiedlichen konkreten erzielten Ergebnissen auf der ganzen Welt durchgef\u00fchrt werden. In Anbetracht des globalen Rahmens dieser Herausforderung und des Multikulturalismus, der in heutigen Gesellschaften gelebt wird, hat das Konsortium von Partnerorganisationen das Ziel, eine transnationale Zusammenarbeit zu erreichen.\"\"nderstanding zu diesem Thema und zur Entwicklung neuer Modelle von Frauen in der Politik weltweit beizutragen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Das Projekt umfasste ein erstes Seminar &-Partnertreffen in Faro (Portugal), eine Schulung von Ausbildern, die im Oktober in Assomada (Kap Verde) stattfinden wird, eine Reihe von Aktivit\u00e4ten des Partnerkonsortiums zur Schaffung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und eine Abschlusskonferenz im M\u00e4rz 2018 in Lissabon\/Cascais (Portugal), an der auch lokale und nationale Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger aus den sieben L\u00e4ndern teilnehmen werden.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
