Das Weltforum f\u00fcr Demokratie (WFD) 2017 findet vom 8. bis 10. November in Stra\u00dfburg statt. In diesem Jahr wird die Rolle der politischen Parteien und der Medien im Zusammenhang mit dem zunehmenden Populismus im Mittelpunkt der Diskussion stehen, wobei Themen wie \u201eVon der Demokratie der Parteien zur Demokratie der B\u00fcrger?\u201c und \u201eMedien \u2013 Freund oder Feind der Demokratie?\u201c behandelt werden. Im Mittelpunkt der Debatten werden unter anderem die Frage stehen, wie Populismus entgegengewirkt und der Pluralismus in den Online-Medien statt Extremismus und Polarisierung gef\u00f6rdert werden kann.<\/p>\n
