Susana hat einen Abschluss in Psychologie von der UALG \u2013 Universit\u00e4t der Algarve. W\u00e4hrend ihres Studiums war sie eines der Gr\u00fcndungsmitglieder von NEPSI (Association of Psychology Students) in Faro. Nach ihrem Abschluss arbeitete sie an Schulen und jugendbezogenen Einrichtungen und besch\u00e4ftigte sich intensiv mit Bildungskontexten. Sie ist seit acht Jahren fester Bestandteil eines Studienzentrums, unterst\u00fctzt Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler im Alter von 6 bis 18 Jahren und verbindet ihren psychologischen Hintergrund mit akademischer Unterst\u00fctzung, um das Wachstum und die Resilienz junger Menschen zu f\u00f6rdern.
