DYPALL Network is organising a Study visit to Denmark, starting today in the Municipality of Egedal. The Study visit titled “Youth participation in rural areas“ will take place from 9th – 12th October 2017, bringing 18 participants from Latvia, Macedonia, Italy and Portugal to Egedal.
Youth workers and representatives of civil society organisations and municipalities will have the chance to assess gaps in current resources and capacity for developing inclusive participation of youth from rural areas at the local level. They will also have the chance to learn more about youth participation in decision-making processes and youth-led projects in Egedal municipality.
This is the first of four study visits that DYPALL Network will organise in the upcoming period where the participant will get to know youth work realities directly on the field. The following study visits will take place in Portimão (Portugal), Borlänge (Sweden) and Fundão (Portugal).
